“It was in a terrible location in between two freeways. There was one restaurant in the whole town and you had to go through a toll booth to get anywhere. It was awful.”

• The staff made us feel at home.

“Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at your establishment. The night clerk was very accommodating to my needs of my family. Very pleasant for working the night shift. The breakfast room lady was wonderful. I felt she really enjoy her job and was very pleasant and helpful to my kids making waffles. The rooms were great and cozy.”

“Upon arrival, we were told that we reserved two smoking rooms not two non-smoking rooms which I thought I requested on line. Maybe my mistake. But the manager made it clear that because I made my reservation on line and not over the phone that it was my entire fault and there was nothing they could do. Also my 25 year son was on the elevator with two staff members who were talking loudly about how my wife & I must be stupid and how the hotel would never make a mistake like that.”

“I arrived and was warmly welcomed by the staff. They were helpful in helping me find my way around d the area and promptly informed me of the hot soup and coffee or tea that was available. My room was comfortable and more than met my needs.”

• The accommodations were very clean, the bath supplies were well maintained.
• Location is right next to turnpike terminal, hard to enter and exit due to median in road.

“Directions given were completely WRONG, lost considerable time. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, location fair.”
