“This hotel was in a perfect area of New Orleans. It was walking distance from all the attractions we were there to see. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn't as for anything more!”

“I chose this hotel from the website, without knowing anything about it. Now that I've stayed there, I feel it is much preferable to the big box hotels, which have much less character and charm.”

“All things considered I would stay here again. I thought it was a good buy for the money. One of the highlights of my stay was the complementary breakfast, it was outstanding. I slept late so I found it helpful that the breakfast was available until 11:00 a.m..”

“Country Inn & Suites NO came close to my expectations but it would be nice (especially for tourists) to tell about all side costs fairly. And a PC for guests should be standard, not everybody has a Laptop.”

“The night manager was not nice at all. My family and I got stuck in one of the elevators in the hotel for 1 hour and when we finally got out he did not offer any sort of apology, in fact he was not concerned at all even though my grandparents who are in there 80's were stuck in there as well and had to endure extreme warmth and very tight quarters. His customer service skills were awful and he obviously does not enjoy his job. The decor and location of the hotel is nice. The staff in general needs to work on being nice to the patrons. They do not really speak to you at all besides the few words they must say to get you checked in and out.”

“While we only stayed in the hotel for one night, it was a really pleasant stay. It was very close to Canal Street so Mardi Gras was right there. The atmosphere of the hotel was great, from the tile to the plants and the railing and architecture. Room was small but comfortable for two people. A great hotel, just don't go in expecting so swim, the swimming pool is about the size of a large hot tub, literally.”

“We got to New Orleans and had to park 6 blocks away due to street closures for Mardi Gras that we were not informed about. We were told we could valet park right at the hotel. We had to carry all of our luggage those 6 blocks too. The hotel itself was very nice but we didn't get to check in till an hour after check in time. The room was wonderful, nicely appointed. The staff was friendly but when we tried to explain our problems with parking and checking in to the manager he basically blew us off. We didn't get to bring our hotel back to the hotel till almost 3 in the morning and still had to pay over $20 to park it at the hotel. Not to mention I got a $75 parking ticket for where I did park it even though there were no signs and other cars parked there. I think the management should have been more understanding about everything that happened to us. To me, the valet parking was false advertisement and very disappointing.”

“This is a beautiful building, very romantic and very clean. All service personnel were helpful and pleasant. It would be a great place to stay with family or for a romantic getaway very nice breakfast. Parking is a pain and the parking fee is expensive, nearly $40.00 a night, we had to double park and leave our car in front when we checked in (we did arrive quiet late to their credit). We would stay here again but may make other arrangements for parking.”
