• The front desk clerk carol was very friendly and allowed me to check out early.
• This place should be condemned.

“This was the worst night of my life. When I checked in they gave me a key that did not unlock my door. I went back to the front desk and they realized that they changed the locks and did not have a key to that room. I was then placed in the room next to it. A suite (normally you would be excited) doesnt this room smelled like something died in it. The sheets had spots of blood on them, and the comforter had a large yellow stain. The furniture was old and dirty looking. The court yard was actually a junk ward. The best thing about this place was when I checked out.”

• Bad conditions & bad services.

“Everything is very old and broken. Water flees from air conditioning, no phone in the room; room lock was broken when we arrived after our dinner in the room: 2 hours waiting for our room to be open. Service is horrible : I mailed and phoned from Europe one day before to tell them about my late arrival from airport. When I arrived (exactly at the time I told them before) the door was closed : I spent 1 hour outside waiting for somebody and when the receptionist arrived 1 hour later he never excused and was upset because I told him I wasn't happy to wait !!! Incredible! This hotel is in very bad condition and the price is too expensive for this very bad service.”
