• Beds were comfortable, had a microwave and refrigerator in room.
• Maid service was sketchy, towels were thin.

“If you aren't planning to stay in the rooms for lengthy periods, its a fine place to stay. They provide breakfast for you.”

• Staff did their best to deal with problems.
• Air should not have been left off on such a hot day.

“The room was fine and the staff were very helpful, but we had two problems. The biggest was that it had been a very hot day and no one had turned on air conditioning so that the room was over 90 when we checked in after 9 at night. There was no way the room conditioner could cool it down until well into the early morning hours even though the staff did provide a fan. Also, despite having 3 wireless routers, we could not access the hotels wireless system and unfortunately they had passed out their last Ethernet cable. (The problem was theirs not ours.) The staff was helpful, but limited in what they could do. It was principally the first problem that was the real problem though. With four of us in the room it was simply hard to get any sleep under the circumstances.”

• I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room.
• The hallways smelled of smoke and the staff was not very friendly.

“We stayed here because we knew we would not be in the room much. The room was very small and the heater did not work very well. It was either hot or cold.”

• Window seat was wonderful. Staff knowledgeable of nearby businesses and services.
• Parking lot cleared of snow quickly, but slows to scoop snowy sidewalks.

“We were caught in a snowstorm and our third-floor window seat was great. We could watch the world from our padded perch until the weather cleared up. Staff was helpful in suggesting restaurants who would deliver to the hotel.”

• It was in the price range we needed which was great.
• Unfortunately my wife and I are not smokers and that was the only room available.

“For the most part we liked the hotel. I do know the next time we will not stay in a smoking room the smell was not pleasant other than that I will definitely refer the hotel to my family and friends. Oh yeah the waffles were awesome.”

• While we did not use it, the room had a "kitchenette" with sink, microwave, and refrigerator.
• Would have like some fruit for the breakfast, not just "white flour carbs".

“Friendly front desk man, even at midnight when we arrived: he had everything ready, right in front of him: check in took less than 2 minutes! Then we could go to bed: room was large enough to really move around in, with couch, counter separating kitchenette from bed. Nice two-or three people table and all the amenities!”

• Check-in was a breeze for me!
• My daughter had to wait 20 minutes to check in, however. It apparently was a one-man operation after a certain point.

“Except for my daughter's lengthy wait to check in, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the hotel clean and convenient. The beds were comfortable. I will stay there again.”
