• The location.
• It was filthy, smelly and very unsafe feeling.

“I would never stay here again. I had never felt so unsafe in a hotel as I did in this one. The screens were pulled away from the windows, boarded up windows on the lower level rooms. The place had an awful smell to it. I felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter.”

• Friendly people, allowed us to stay past checkout time.
• Bathroom was filthy, moldy and mild. I am allergic to mold and mildew. TV remote hardly worked and no movie channels.

“Take time to checkout the shower curtain, etc. for allergens.....cleanliness. Check out TV remotes, etc. before agreeing to stay there. I expected a little more for the price I paid.”

• Nothing.
• The room smelled, we couldn't understand the people at the front desk because they could not speak English. The room was tiny.

“We were very disappointed in our hotel because it smelled the minute you walked in the door. The linens were dingy and not very soft. The was one small bar of soap and not enough towels. The TV was on 13" and the doors to the building were left open all night long making it seem unsafe. The people at the front desk could not speak a word of English. The hotel was dirty and falling apart, I was afraid to take my socks off because the floor was disgusting. I couldn't understand how you could give the hotel the rating you did. I wanted to just get our money back and go somewhere else, but everything else was full. This is the last time we will use your service, because we were very disappointed and it ruined out one night away together. I'm sorry to be writing this, but you asked and I had to be honest. • Not clean roach in bathroom.
