  • Kids play room, free bicycle loans.
  • Bit run down. Dirty bathrooms.

“Whole hotel seems to be in need of renovation. I kept expecting to see shag carpet at any second. 70s flashback big time”

  • Location.
  • It was dingy and needed major repairs.

“Hotel was extremely large and very disappointed in the room quality. I took my son to stay at a college and had to stay at a hotel. Walls had cracks, carpet and room looked at least 10+ years old, bathroom sink had cracks and overall didn't seem clean. No, I didn't complain. Just will not stay there again nor recommend this place. Very disappointed.”

  • Location.
  • Needs some renovations and parking lot was dark at night.

“For a short stay, it was perfect. We were not there to spend much time in the room itself. The location is perfect for whatever your needs would be family entertainment, shopping, dining, touring Amish Country. The hotel is older and could use some renovations, especially with the carpeting. It desperately needs to be replaced, but isn't the end of the world. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would stay there again.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[3] • Location:[9]

  • The location was great, right across from Dutch Wonderland and lots of restaurants and shops.
  • The hotel was old, had lots of stains all over the hallways and rooms, the bathrooms in the rooms were old (had rust). They need to remodel completely.

“The location for Dutch Wonderland was excellent (right across the street) and it had lots of stores, restaurants and attractions to choose from. The golf course in the back looked beautiful. The pool area was nice (even had rooms that had direct access to the pool area from the rooms) but the pool could use some updating. However, the hotel itself was very old---it needs some serious remodeling for the rooms and the hallways. The hallways had major mold stains and stains in general all over them and the bathrooms in the room had rust spots. Another couple we were traveling with even spotted ants in their bathroom. The staff in general was very nice but the front desk was not helpful (and rude) at times. I am sure there are other nicer, cleaner hotels in the area that we could have stayed at (now we know for next time).”

  • Location.
  • Restaurant food and service.

“Location and facilities for Dance Competition are great, but the restaurant for breakfast and dinner are expensive and the service is not good.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • The food was fresh and good.
  • The hall carpet was well worn. The carpet at the pool was torn in places.

“The staff was good and helpful. The lobby and facilities except for the tennis courts were good.”
