• Location in downtown Greensboro.
• Poor attitude of staff/housekeeping.

“This hotel was a big disappointment. No valet, no bellman and insufficient supplies for the suite. While clean, the hotel is in need of repair and has incredible deferred maintenance. Location is good, but Biltmore leaves a lot to be desired.”

• The only positive thing is its location.
• dirty, unkempt, rude staff, not suitable for families with children.

“When I arrived, the room was hot- you could tell the air conditioning had not been on long. The floor in my room was dirty, the bathroom sink leaked- and no one fixed it while I was there. This site says there is free parking, but I had to park in the city parking lot because the hotel has no parking, and they would not validate my parking. The toiletries were appalling for an upscale hotel. A bar of Ivory soap. Are they kidding? I am allergic to Ivory, and when I asked for something else, I was told that is all there was. In the evening there were a group of loud guests drinking and smoking in the lobby, and no one asked them to be quiet and smoke outdoors in order to respect the other guests. The location is great, but it isn't worth it for all that I had to sacrifice. The Marriott is a few blocks down (where I ended up staying for the rest of my visit). Next time I'll just go there. I know I can trust their standard of cleanliness and customer service).”
