• Poor A/C in Room - Front desk calls in middle of night.

“Although the front desk staff was curteous, they were very poor in C/S skill. Told the front desk about the A/C the first night and it was never fixed. recieved 3 middle of the night (between 3 and 4 AM) calls from the front desk by mistake. One I can understand, but 3. Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.”

• Convenient from interstate.
• Nonsmoking room faintly smelled like smoke.

“Nice hot breakfast in pleasant dining area with friendly staff. I will most likely stay here again when passing through the area.”

• The bed was very comfortable. The room was sufficiently quiet. Continental breakfast was better than some.

“Good for business or family travelers for short stays. The important things were done well: good comfortable bed, clean bathroom, decent towels, fairly quiet AC and a decent continental breakfast with healthy options along with the usual muffins and bagels and a hardworking attendant who was quick to replace items as they ran out and to help when necessary. She deserves kudos.”

• Hot tub in bathroom.
• Not giving an option for the hot tub in the right area when ordering.

“It's nice and clean, but there are a few things that need work reservation-wise. Like when you want a hot tub in the bathroom they automatically expect you to choose the higher priced one. But they don't give a good description on the reservation page. Location is great. Right in the middle of all the shopping centers. The price wasn't exactly worth it. I could've gotten a travel suite elsewhere for only $10 more. The rooms would have been much larger as well. For the size of the room and amenities the hotel is overpriced.”
