• Staff would not respond to in-operative telephone.

• Everyone was very friendly. Good maid service.
• No elevator, we stayed over a week so we had a lot of stuff to lug up and down the stairs.

“My daughter is stationed at Fort Bragg. This was a perfect location for us to stay. We will be staying at this hotel again.”

• The beds!
• The shower curtains were hung at an angle, so they won't stay closed!

• The maid.
• Unknowledgeable of the area & did not honor room request.

“It was "hell". Late night driving 8 hours. Hotel desk clerk admitted he did not know the area. So you want the single room non smoking or not?”

• Cleaning staff, front deck person, and maintenance guy.
• Toilet runs off and on all night, small rooms.
