• It was very clean.
• Complaint about our baby crying.

“This hotel was very clean. We had a king bed with couch. The only bad thing was that someone complained about our baby crying. It did not last long and was not in the middle of the night like 7:00 PM. I was nervous the rest of the night. The breakfast was pretty good and plenty of selection.”

• Cleanliness.
• Manager was not friendly or obliging. Other staff members were fine.

“We were booked into smoking rooms and wanted non smoking, manager was just not going to accommodate us, very short and nasty attitude. Luckily we arrived ahead of schedule and purchased extra day, at high price, and attendant, didn't get her name, did switch us to non smoking rooms which was very helpful to us. She was so nice and friendly. Next day or so had issues with printer and manager again was snippy and nasty. Oh, and by the way, the computer service did not work on my own laptop until the day before we were leaving. Again, no help with that.”

• Staff at the front desk and those who served breakfast was very nice and helpful.
• The continental breakfast could be more expensive.

• Know indoor pool.

“The view was nice and it was located close to where we wanted to be and not a lot of traffic around the hotel.”

• Heated indoor pool.
• No fitness center.

“Staff was very helpful at check in, and giving extended check-out (a problem sometimes.) Pool was small but heated, but there is no fitness room.”

• Professional, clean, friendly, quiet, & convenient. Overall a great hotel.
• Our stay was to short.

“As soon as we walked into the door, we were greeted like we were favorite, regular visitors. The young lady at the desk made sure that we had everything we needed. When I made the reservation and it was confirmed, I called the hotel and ask for a disability room. The person that I spoke to change my reservation and the room was perfect for us. The hotel felt safe. There was someone there always tending to our needs and before we put our bags into the car, a very nice lady brought out a book that my granddaughter left. She said that she had a daughter who would have been upset that she lost her book and she wanted to give it to us, so our granddaughter would not be upset. This kind of service was constant in our stay. When we checked in, it took 5 mins. And less time to check out. I would not only recommend this hotel to someone, but our family plans on returning many more times.”

• Close to Interstate, clean, spacious rooms, nice beds and linens, indoor pool.
• Occupants of room beneath us could hear our footsteps too easily. They complained.

“Nice hotel. Interior hallways. Very clean. Bathrooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable and linens were nice. Indoor pool is a plus. Front desk was friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. Appeared to be in a safe area with other commerce nearby.”

“Excellent - last year I stayed at another hotel that was less than nice - same rating - same city - it was loud, somewhat scary because of noise and clientele - this was perfect for any location - in this location it is superb -.”
