• Bartender went out of her way to accommodate us.
• No flavored coffee creamer.

“Excellent front desk staff, rooms were very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable.”

• Location was the only thing I liked.
• Even though the hotel is renovating, the price was higher than expected. Air condition was not working properly in rooms. Had to switch rooms 3 times.

“This hotel is renovating. The pool is not open for the public. The air was not working properly. They were short on help. The clerk that helped me didn't sound a bit remorseful for not having my room ready even though I checked in after 3. No toilet tissue in room! After I called front desk about toilet tissue he told me to come get it. Then he said someone would bring it. I had to call back in 20 minutes because no one had brought the toilet paper yet. Had to switch rooms 3 times. 1st time room hadn't been cleaned. 2nd and 3rd time no cool air in room.”

• They have awesome customer service and is turning into a double tree!
• They are under construction as becoming a Hilton double tree!
