• Bedding was fantastic.
• Breakfast was repulsive, mainly the eggs.

“Fantastic rooms. I really like what Holiday Inn Express has done with their bedding. No nasty comforters! You can tell they are able to wash all of the linens on the beds. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously disgusting. Granted, there was a whole room of people chopping down on it. I couldn't bear to swallow! I mean, McDonalds does a great job micro waving their eggs so why can't Holiday Inn figure it out? For real, they have to do something with that. I'm not even a picky eater!”

• Nice complimentary breakfast.
• Reserved non smoking king room, received smoking with 2 beds.

“Hotel was fine in public spaces. I was extremely upset. We were given a smoking room and it was unacceptable.”

• I called to confirm and the person, she was so kind, when I arrived it was the same and offered water and muffins at the front desk, that was great!
• I would have liked the water and muffin waiting at the front desk when I came in late from conference.

“From the time I called to confirm my reservation and when I arrived it was very pleasant. I was impressed that there was water and fresh muffins at the front desk and was ask to take and enjoy, that was wonderful business. The bed and how clean the hotel and room is very important to me and it was. I would have liked the muffins and water when I came back in the late evening from my conference. The beds and pillows are comfortable.”

• It was more than we had expected. The beds and the shower were relaxing. The location was around every place we visited.
• The heater in our fell apart. The screen in the window was not secured in.

“While most hotels and inns do not clean they're comforters, we could tell that those were washed. The breakfast food was fresh and good, the pool area was clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay, even with five kids under the age of six¿”

• Internet connection was cumbersome and access was slow.

“Good hotel for business auto travel, close to interstate and shopping midway between Cincinnati and Dayton. Not near airport. Competent and friendly staff.”
