“Very disappointing. I was assigned a smoking room and when I asked for a non-smoking room, I was advised that the hotel was sold out. Later, I discovered the heater was not working and asked for maintenance. The desk clerk could nor repair it but there was now another room available. I was moved to another room, thankfully one which was non-smoking and with a functioning heater.”

• The exit door was next to my room.
• Allows dogs - barking and smells.

“Not the person to ask. Was stuck in a smoking room - both rooms - and we do not smoke. Told the room we had the carpet cleaned? Carpet was wet - smelled bad.”

• Good location in relation to area attractions.
• The rooms stunk of smoke even though they were "non smoking".

“Good hotel for the price. Breakfast was ok. Convenient location. Would stay there again.”

• Spacious room.
• Had a motel feel to it.

“This Holiday Inn was an okay place to stay. There were no real complaints. The room was clean and spacious, they offered breakfast, and they even had a laundry area for washing clothes. While not great for the price, the overall stay was pleasant.”

• The "continental" breakfast was better than most.
• Staff was indifferent, if not dismissive.

“Hotel is NOT friendly to physically impaired. The double front doors are hard to open with one hand, it is two story - no elevator. I'm lucky that I was able to drag my luggage upstairs myself-there was no help available when I checked in-they have luggage carts - not much help when you're on the 2nd floor. The room was adequate and clean, but not for the money. I stayed at nicer hotels for half the price on the same trip!”

• Saw a ghost.
• The bed sheet.

“It was a good spot to put a hotel I spotted a ghost I told the staff they said its not true. I say it is it was good but the bed had strings coming outta the blanket.”
