• Friendly staff, clean, good rates.
• Thin walls, location not very near restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc.

“About what you'd expect for this price/star level. Our stay coincided with a youth soccer tournament, so the poor soundproofing in the walls let through every slamming door and stomping foot in the morning. Aside from that, the staff were friendly despite being slightly overwhelmed, and the rooms were clean.”

• Could use better pillows for beds.

• Liked the pool and hot tub.
• The mattress on the bed was not terribly comfortable.

“The room was small and the mattress was just ok, but overall it was a very good value and I would stay there again.”

• The pool and hot tub were both clean and nice. Breakfast bar was good.
• The evening staff person was not helpful or friendly.

“The mattresses were very worn out and uncomfortable. The room was cramped but clean. I would not seek out this hotel again just not impressed.”

• Clean & comfortable.
• Bathroom fan did not work, ceiling light did not work. Corridor seemed to have holes under the carpet.

“We had a very pleasant time here. Breakfast was very good, although it would have been nice to have 2 waffle makers as there was a long line.”

• I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the waffles served with the breakfast.
• The beds were very low to the ground and uncomfortable, I did not get much sleep as a result of the poor sleeping conditions.

“The staff that was working the front desk upon my check in was somewhat strange and did not confirm what the reservation was for in terms of sleeping arrangements. The beds were very uncomfortable and did not allow me to get much sleep to be rested for my conference the following morning. The continental breakfast was great and I thoroughly enjoyed the choices and selections offered.”

• The facility was new and in very good shape.
• The access to the motel was tricky due to a road divider.

• Hot tub was broke down. should have been covered for safety. children for sure).

“This motel is bright, cheerful and very comfortable. I have stayed there a couple of times and have always enjoyed what it has to offer.”

• Was very clean.
• Very old hotel, and it had a very small elevator.

• The price was good and the breakfast was good.
• The hot tub broke down, and the elevator was very dirty.

“The hotel is changing from Amerihost to Baymont, so it was a little confusing at first. The main entrance is not marked; we drove around the building twice and then took a guess. Staff was pleasant, lobby is nice. Pool is small but nice; desk ran out of towels quickly. Hot tub broke during our stay. The room seemed clean; the bathroom fan was not working. The elevator was dirty and the halls weren't in top shape (broken room sign on our floor). Reception folks were helpful with directions. We had a decent stay with our 4 kids.”

• The room was very nice and comfortable.
• The pool was cold and the hot tub was brown and Nasty looking.

“We went to the hotel because it had a pool for my son to swim in, but the water was too cold to swim in comfortably. He went in for not even 5 min then was relay to get back out. The hot tub water was brown so we were not even going to try and go in there. Very disappointed!”

• The hot tub and pool were great fun.
• We had to ask for a remote control for the TV, got a broken one and had to go back for another one.

• Location was convenient.
• Several points of poor cleanliness.

“Form the stained bedspread to the dirty bathroom, the standard of cleanliness was well below expectation. The facility was also noisy and only tolerable by running the heater on high fan. More a one and a half star than a two. On the positive side, the location was very convenient.”

• Convenient to freeway.
• No fridge/microwave in room.

“Decent, clean, friendly staff. Nothing special in the way of amenities except a pool if you want to swim. Late sleepers will be disturbed by maids carrying on the hallways during the day. Needs a fridge/microwave in the rooms, not just the suites, as most hotels this price range have. Smoke detectors are too sensitive, if you get a smoking room and smoke in it they will go off, making you miserable.”

• Friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast layout! My grandkids loved the Waffles!
• The confusion on how to get into the parking lot. But once figured out, no problems later on!

“We enjoyed the hotel so much that we rented a room for my son and new daughter in-law for there honeymoon nights! My Grandkids loved the pool and the waffles! They loved that they could make the waffles themselves (with an adult's help).”
