• Front desk staff was very helpful w/places to eat and where to go.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was very clean and quiet staff was friendly. right across the street from the mall a number of restaurants within walking distance and of course a wall-mart that's always a plus. not to mention the airport was only about 10 minutes away.”

• The hotel staff has racial discrimination, so she give us a worst room.

“When I walked to the hotel on Thursday 8:30 P.M., the staff changed us room number from 431 to 600 without permission. Room 600 is a roof leaking room and beds are different than other beds in the hotel. I can't believe I pay 3-Star hotel to get a roof leaking room. This is the worst trip I had done.”

• The breakfast was good and the location was good.
• Poor Customer Service.

“This hotel has key issues, it took 3 tries to get a key to work, in which I had to haul my bags up and down 3 times. The desk clerk never even apologized. Could not find a waitress to get our bill, had to walk into the kitchen. Overall this facility is fine but the staff is deplorable.”

• Pool was warm.
• Exercise room was horrible.

“We went to spend the night with our kids to use the pool/hot tub. The hot tub was broken, the exercise room was a disaster! Not what I would expect from a three star hotel!”

• Shopping and restaurants were close by. Airport shuttle service.
• Several areas of the hotel were dirty.

“I've stayed in nicer two star hotels. There were moldy coffee grounds left in the room machine, and the shower was dirty. The "fitness center" was disgusting. The equipment was old rusted and broken down, not to mention filthy. The pool area had a pile of dirty towels laying there and no cleans ones. There was standing water in the seating area and broken boards in the sauna. The food in the restaurant was decent, but the waitress was unfriendly. The front desk personnel were however, very friendly and accommodating.”

• Airport transportquiet.
• The food took a long time to get after ordering--there were no breakfast boxes to go for those of us leaving the hotel for an early flight at 5:30.

“Nice staff! Great waitress in the cafe but the food took a long time to get delivered to my table. Great for business travel with the airport shuttle and cafe right on sight.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• I was looking for an airport hotel, and it was actually pretty far from the airport.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a perfectly acceptable place to stay, although the location is farther from Cleveland than I expected.”

• I liked the Sleep Number beds. Also was located near many shopping areas.
• The only thing was that the room needed new wallpaper by the window.

“This hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful with locations of things to do around the area. I would highly recommend it and would stay again. This was the second time we got this hotel so I am very happy.”

• Sleep Number bed.
• The bar kept closing early & the room was not set up comfortably.

“There didn't look like there was much staff at this hotel. I wanted some family members to meet me there to sit at the bar but it would be 8 or 9pm and it would be closed, as a matter of fact it didn't look like anyone was there all day. We had to move the TV to be able to see it from the bed.”

• Quiet, private, peaceful.
• It was just fine.

“This hotel was easy to access, easy parking, nice clean rooms, well decorated, understated, I liked the colors. Quiet, peaceful no hassles whatsoever in the three nights I slept there.”

• Bathrooms are dirty.

“Hotel is somewhat run down. The bathroom in our room was dirty. However, they are in the process of updating all the rooms. Hopefully, that should help earn them a 3 star rating.”

• Easy access and a pool for my family.
• I was told I would have 2 double beds and I had a king and a twin pullout couch. Very crowded for a family of 6.

• Beds & bedding were new.
• Lousy breakfast buffet, too far from airport, old design rooms.

“Not really an "airport" hotel as it is too far away. Not really a 3 star hotel, as the services were minimal at best. An older property that needs updating and better housekeeping. The price was right, but my partner got the same price for the same date at the Marriott which is at the airport and a much nicer property better restaurant, bar, rooms, etc.”

• The sleep number beds are great!
• Like most hotels, a little more attention to the public areas would be great.

“The Radisson Cleveland airport is a great business travelers hotel. It is close to the airport and has courteously transportation. There are plenty of restaurants close and I 480 is right there. The sleep number beds at Radissons are phenomenal. The staff was friendly and the rooms are laid out very well. Overall a very good experience.”
