• The location was great - close to shopping, numerous food choices and the airport.
• The room could have been cleaner and the common areas were very warm & humid as if the AC was not on.

“The staff was very friendly, however it took two days to have a maintenance issue addressed in the room. The hotel was OK and worth the price I paid.”

• I had a message from the hotel staff on my phone, asking me if the room was satisfactory.

“The staff was all very friendly, I would recommend this hotel to travelers. It was fairly priced and although near the airport, I never heard a single plane.”

• The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable.
• The rooms had a musty, sweaty smell.

“We were at first put into a bed with two double beds. Select comfort beds are not comfortable when two people sleep on one bed. When we walked into the room, it smelled but I didn't say anything. The next day, I mentioned the smell and we were moved into a king size room. The room was much more comfortable but there was still an unpleasant smell, although not as bad as the first room. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and continually fell down.”

• The sleep comfort beds were great.
• The spa was unavailable for use.

“The amenities were acceptable, but certainly not 3-star. The staff was mainly friendly but I was first caused to wait in the pool area for the spa repairman, then wait more while he tried to fix the spa, then told to come back in a half hour, and finally the front desk called me and said the spa couldn't be fixed that night. As I said, the main reason I got a hotel this expensive was to use the spa after a hard day's drive. It was poorly handled.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean.
• Hated the sleep number bed and ice cold pool.

“The hotel was great for the price. The smell was awful and we have 2 small children, and they did move us to a non smoking room but with only one bed. Sleep number bed is uncomfortable - a glorified air mattress - but the room we ended up in was clean and well maintained. I tried to take my son to the pool but it was rigid and the hot tub was full of a suspicious and sludgy mass of bubbles. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was a nice hotel - but did not blow me away.”

• They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.
• The card key didn't work everyday and we had to go to the desk. Only one of the elevators worked. It took forever to get up to the 4th floor.

“I was disappointed in the sleep numbered bed. They did give us a king sized room with a refrigerator at no extra cost. I liked the location. I would stay there again. It was nice that they had wireless internet for free. That was a plus.”

• Easy check in and out, sleep number beds were nice.
• Prefer sink area to be more private from the sleeping area.

“Hotel was close to the highway and airport. Had numerous restaurants within walking distance and a shopping mall across the street. Parking was close in. Room was comfortable and attractive but the air conditioner/heater unit set off the smoke detector and was a rude awakening!”

• The sleep number beds.
• When I called and stated the problems, no one addressed them until check out.

“I was very unhappy. The hot tub was out the 3 days we were there. The pool was cold. There was an electrical problem with the light in out bathroom and when reported to front desk. I was told that there wasn't anyone available to look at the problem so my family showered and used the bathroom in the dark. My 4 year old was terrified to use the bathroom which didn't make a pleasant situation for the rest of my family.”

• Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Housekeeping was not good at all. Issues everyday we were there.

“Pros: Great location, shuttle service, free internet and friendly front desk and shuttle staff. Cons: Hot tub broken, pool cloudy and bad housekeeping service.”

• The Sleep Number beds were SO comfortable and the wireless was lightning fast.
• The room keys did not work over half the time. It could use more soundproofing.

“From what I'd read, this hotel had recently been remodeled. That was obviously the case as the whole building was filled with beautiful new carpet and attractive furniture. Every staff person I encountered was very helpful and friendly. The room key did not work on several occasions but each time that was taken care of quickly. (The staff person said they were routinely problematic.) I use a Sleep Number bed at home so finding them at the Radisson really helped me get a good night's sleep. It also helped that the pillows were very high quality and very comfortable. The wireless Internet connection was extremely fast. Aside from the keys, about the only thing that I thought could be improved was if somehow the rooms be more soundproofed. When I found myself in the area of other people's rooms, I could hear them quite well from the hallway.”

• The room was small and it was a very average hotel for being 3 star upscale.

“We had a nice stay at this hotel overall. The sleep number bed was definitely the highlight. This was not near as nice compared to other 3 stars we've gotten. It was definitely your typical hotel room, nothing special!”

• They had apples in the lobby and the beds were good.
• Dirty, missing shuttle. No room service after 10 pm, too far from airport.

“The shuttle was not at the airport, had to take a 17.00 cab to the hotel. Once at the hotel, no room service after 10:00 pm. Dirty floors, filthy carpet, hair in my bathroom. Never again.”
