• It is a clean nice room with comfy beds and a nice TV.
• The tub was a little outdated, even though I believe it is a smoke free hotel the hallway smelled a bit like old smoke.

“This is a great hotel, my second time staying there..my first time eating at the restaurant which was empty so I was Leary but pleasantly surprised Whit the great service and the food was good too. I did not get an entrée but had a salad and soup and the mini burgers with my daughter and it was all very good. The beds there are VERY comfy and easy to sleep.”

• Rooms were comfortable. Indoor pool was a plus.
• Carpet in rooms a little outdated, Room smelled musty. Was 86 degrees when arrived. TV id HD but no HD channels.

“This was a good hotel to stay overnight one night, which we did, but I wouldn't stay here multiple nights.”

• The front desk people were amazing - service to satisfy all our needs.
• No safe, lobby was freezing to death.

• Cean and spacious.
• Grout arround tub was starting to let go.

“This hotel ended up being less than 1 mile from the people we were going to see. The hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff couldn't have been nicer.”

• Super-comfortable, staff was
  friendly and helpful, free internet and computer use in lobby.
• Room had adjoining room (which would have been noisy if occupied).

• Clean and spacious room, good location and
  good price.
• There was no fridge in the room. Coffee and coffe machine are ridiculous (not enough coffee,creamer and sweet/low).

• Dirty worn out rooms and horrible staff.

“We were checked in to a dirty room. When we asked the front desk - they said that the hotel was sold out. I confronted the manager the following morning but he was quite arrogant.”

• There were no-smoking rooms but smoking allowed in the hall way.

• Clean rooms, comfortable and quiet, and friendly/helpful staff.
• Was disappointed in the location/access to restaurants.

“The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed in the location. It was not very close to any restaurants, shopping, etc. We were traveling to New York City and the bus stop was about five blocks away. I would stay here again in the future.”

“Everything was fine with the room until, upon awaking and preparation for shower. Upon check out, I showed staff the digital picture I took as verification and got absolutely no response. I would have settled for an apology but they didn't seem the least bit concerned.”

• Very clean and front desk staff was cordial and helpful.
• Housekeeping and maintenance staff were neither friendly nor cordial.

“Great place for access to NYC, clean and comfortable rooms. Found the location above what others had written i.e. location was safe and accessible. Housekeeping and maintenance staff need some training in customer service. Did not respond to greetings. First time I ever road an elevator with a bin of garbage. Nice place for the value.”

• Location. Came to visit NY. Transportation into city was expensive and/or difficult.
