• Clean room, quiet, generous continental breakfast.
• Not in the best part of town.

“10 minute drive from Biltmore. A block or two from shopping mall. Reasonable, clean, with decent amenities.”

• Better than we expected, staff was very friendly, always willing to help. Good breakfast.
• Had no problems with the hotel.

• Location was good, and the free breakfast and newspaper is really nice.
• Really found nothing to dislike. It met our expectations.

• Attractive lobby, clean, comfortable and affordable rooms. Friendly staff.
• Location was a little hard to enter and exit during peak hours.

• Very comfortable bed & pillow; very good breakfast.
• Musty smell (from pool?) Was slightly uncomfortable.

• Good breakfast buffet and good location.
• Whirlpool wasn't working.

“The room was clean. Nothing spectacular, but it was what I expected it to be. The morning buffet was good. The whirlpool wasn't working and I would have liked to have used it. No hotel grounds to speak of, but location was convenient to a mall, the downtown, restaurants, and the Vanderbilt estate.”

• Surface mold on the ceiling and wallpaper in shower.

“Definitely was well worth the money. Room was clean, bed not as comfy as mine but the room serve it's purpose well. Would stay there again.”

• Attractive lobby and nice breakfast area.
• Small refrigerator need in rooms hot water ran about 8 o'clock in morning could use and extra chair in room.

“I thought for location and other amenities the room was overpriced about 30 dollars. Traveled to a wedding and we stayed there would not stay again other than in an emergency.”
