“The noise form the highway was incrediable, I could even hear it when using my CPAP machine. Room was not comfortable, poor lighting. Difficult to get into and out of from the highway.”

“I was very impressed with the staff member who checked me in. He took the time to explain that my credit card was just being run for incidental expenses and that the room was already paid for through Priceline. This courtesy is rarely found.”

“We were amazed at the quality of the hotel considering the price. It was also located quite conveniently. After having read other reviews, we were not expecting much in the way of breakfast;however, we found the breakfast to be quite good with a wide choice of food items. Only brief encounters with the staff but they were most helpful and pleasant.Overall, it was the biggest bargain in lodging that we have encountered in a long time.”

“The hotel was over all nice for the star rating, decent location, although the driveway was steep. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were small but clean, good for an overnight stay, but not a lengthy stay. The restaurant next door was great! You can get a 10% off coupon validated at the front desk. Overall not a bad stay.”

“The hotel has a great location. Having a restaurant next door was great. Front desk rep team was less than polite. No empathy or sympathy for our situation when we arrived and when asked about the receipt he was very condescending and rude.”

“The Good: Comfortable firm bed, nice towels, good central location between Biltmore and downtown. The Bad: Very noisy if your room faces the road, nearly everything in the room was falling apart (wallpaper peeling off, room door wouldn't latch without slamming it, bathroom door very difficult to open/close because it drug the floor, mold in the shower, new bathroom tile was poorly installed, carpet was soaking wet when we checked in at 7pm. Summary: This hotel was subpar for its two star rating. I would recommend any one of the other many other hotels in this same hot spot. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.”

“Location was great for visiting Biltmore estate. A very good restaurant was next door. The bed was incredible. Never had a bed away from home as nice and comfortable. Should have stayed longer in Asheville.”

“Close to expressway and downtown. Hotel fully booked one night and not enough parking on site; had to park at adjacent restaurant and wasn't sure if my car would be towed over night. Can't say enough about how friendly and attentive the person was who oversaw the breakfast operation. Room was small.”
