• The hotel was fine. Very similar to other hotels from that chain.
• It took 50 minutes to check out. Billing problems, computer and printer didn't work.

“The hotel was fine, the people were friendly, but due to computer and printer problems and confusion with the billing, it took us 50 minutes to check out and we were late to see a speaker we had driven 250 miles to see.”

• Loved the popcorn wagon.
• Can't think of anything didn't like.

“The beds were very comfortable. I liked the pillows. It was really quiet and seemed soundproof. The temperature of the pool was just right. The whirlpool with the jets in the floor was ideal.”

• The popcorn machine didn't work.

“This was a great hotel! The rooms were clean and nice. The lobby was very inviting with the fireplace going on a cold night in January in Minnesota! Would stay here again. It was easily accessible from the interstate and close to shopping and restaurants.”

• Quietness, cleanliness, good breakfast, comfortable.
• Got smoking rooms instead of non-smoking.

“Hotel was very clean, room was nice for this type of hotel. Rooms were quiet and you could not hear outside of your room. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. We would definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again!”

• The location was convenient (right off the freeway) and it was a good value. We enjoyed our stay.
• The mattresses were a little less than firm.

“We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if going to the Cities. Convenient, clean, nice pool and good breakfast. Our kids also enjoyed the stay.”

• Easy to find and get off and on the interstate.
• Ran out of pillows, bed not very comfortable, no restaurant.

• It is in a good location, easily accessible.
• There was very poor air quality in the hallways and elevator. We inquired and was told that was just how it was.

“The front desk staff was not interested in our concerns and seemed very low key. Also the same with the morning front desk staff. He never even looked up from his computer when people walked out in the morning. Something was different with staff. We will not stay in that place again.”

• Whirlpool was dirty, including a brown ring around the tub.

“Nice accommodations, but room was extremely hot, even with a/c running. Had a whirlpool suite, but couldn't use the second room because it was too warm and the a/c from the bedroom didn't reach. Breakfast was adequate, but needs more variety, lots of crabs.”

“For the price ($32 a night) one of the best values I have come across. good location, pool, sauna, Internet, small gym. overall pleasant stay aside from the broken ice machine and no maid service between nights.”

• Nothing-all was great!

“We were looking for somewhere in the metro we could afford with a pool for our son's birthday. We found the perfect location! Very clean, nice pool, great breakfast and super staff. Couldn't have been more perfect. Thanks!”

• TV Channel Limitations.

• Great location, just off the interstate, easy to get to.
• The bed, it could have been a little more comfortable.

“The room was clean, the bed not as comfy as we would have liked. It also seems when you book a room at a discounted rate, you get the "discount room", it was right across from the ice machine, right next to an exit. It was fairly quiet though considering the location. I would never pay their normal room rate, $90 and up, but it was definitely worth the $60 we paid.”
