• Convenient location. Spacious room. Good breakfast buffet.
• Smoking rooms. Lack of communication by front desk personnel regarding room type.

“While it served its purpose for one night, this is not a three-star hotel. Front desk person should have informed me I was being given a handicapped, smoking room since this would not have been my preference.”

• Room comfortable & homey.
• Reported phone & TV volume not working in AM but wasn't addressed by 2 PM checkout.

“Rooms very homelike in appearance and comfort. On site Mini-market available for snacks, & microwaveable meals. Complimentary breakfast & evening appetizers nice touch. Good value for the money.”

• This was an excellent hotel. Spacious, clean and very well appointed
• No indoor pool, It is New England after all.

“This hotel is excellent for the multi-night traveler. If the pool was indoor with a hot tub, this would be the perfect hotel.”

• I loved the complimentary breakfast buffet and the layout of the 1 bedroom suite.
• The location was just off the main street by the Burlington Mall- It took forever to get off the exit (although it was the week before Christmas).

“Loved it, Loved it, Loved it!!! The rooms were great- more like a small apartment than a hotel room- The complimentary breakfast buffet had a great selection- Staff were super friendly and the common areas were very comfortable- Mpre like a home than a hotel- They also had free laundry although we did not use it as we were there only 1 night- The only thing I would change was to have an indoor pool- Great hotel for short or longer stays- rooms had a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher.”

“I turned a business trip into a family vacation and the hotel staff was sweet enough to upgrade me to a 2 BR suite. Kate at the front desk is amazing and very friendly. The manager at the facility is helpful and a nice guy. Because of the staff I am here again this week on another business trip. I will recommend this hotel to anyone anytime.”

• Location great for Boston visits to family and friends.
• TV in dumb location in room.

“Well located, well lighted, staff pleasant but not overly friendly, breakfast varied and quite good - always an egg dish, make your own waffles etc.”

• I liked that the bedroom was separate from the kitchen and living room.
• The only thing missing was an indoor pool.

“I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My husband and I both had colds when we stayed here. It was a wonderful benefit to have the kitchen in the room, so that we could have as much hot tea as we wanted. The evening social hour had decent food and the breakfast was very good also.”

• Great place to stay for a good price.
• Smell of smoke in our room was putrid.

“Overall the location, amenities, and cost will bring us back to the hotel. Unfortunately we reserved a smoking room, but were able to live with it for the price we paid (really economical).”
