• Great bed, wonderful pillows, spotless room.
• Should have exhaust fan in bathroom, and it should be on a separate switch.

• Did not live up to its description of modern and updated with a 27 inch widescreen hi-def TV.

• Staff was friendly.
• Was charged for the newspaper unless I returned it myself.

“Front desk staff was friendly during check in/out. Cleaning ladies did a good job every day. Side door was conveniently located so we didn't have to go through the front door every time we went in or out.”

• Comfortable, quiet, and really nice place.
• No free breakfast.

“Clean, well lit, comfortable. Free internet. Unexpected restaurant with good selection and pretty late hours . Good bed. Great shower. Well lit bathroom but could a used a fan. Excellent buy. Strongly recommended. Well lit and free parking. A place to sit outside and smoke. Free newspaper. Class act.”

• Excellent facility. Newly decored. Beautiful setting. Convenient to Boston.

• Loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
• Hated the too firm mattress and too fluffy pillows (needed to be more firm). Restaurant service stank for Sunday brunch.

“Overall it was nice, I'd stay again. Though I did hate that firm mattress, and I'll never eat at the restaurant, no one understood what I wanted (language barrier) and the service stank overall (for the restaurant, not the hotel). I would recommend it though and stay again if I had to. The refrigerator & microwave were great to have since I was traveling with my 19 month old daughter, and hubby who likes his midnight snacks.”

• Great location right off route 128, close to mall, star bucks, and kinks -all the basics.
• Access to far rooms from outside not as convenient.

“Great location right off route 128, but down a quiet side road. Less than a mile to a big mall, restaurants, movies, star bucks, and kinks. Spacious public areas. Nice room.”

• Staff was very friendly.

“My room was on the 4th floor I waited 15 min. For elevator. It never came, thus I took the stairs, at level one there was a roll of toilet paper holding the elevator open. If I was elderly or handicapped I would have waited all day. I did tell the front desk at check out. I still did not like the fact that this hotel had a high rating and it was dumpy and I was over charged! ”

• Superior housekeeping service.
• Pool needs bathroom and changing facilities, also a shallow pool for children.

“It is tricky to find, but quite convenient to suburban Boston. Maid service was superior. Staff was friendly. Room layout is excellent, not having a changing room or bathroom in the pool makes it quite inconvenient for use.”

• Nice room, great breakfast, laundry and exercise room.
• Exercise room could be larger with more exercise machines.

“Very nice hotel suitable for business and leisure travelers. Luggage carts are very convenient especially for travelers with many suitcases. The staff is very helpful. Good shuttle service within believe five miles radius.”

• The room was nice and quiet. Plenty of space.
• They couldn't get my billing right.

“Basic fair for the business traveler. Close to the Burlington mall. Almost all of the front desk personnel were competent and efficient. Work out facilities is somewhat sparse. Could use another treadmill.”

• Close to shopping/restaurants.
• Very noisy/smoking one even of many patrons created a horrible odor which lingered for the night and day.

“Clean sheets and towels. No daily replacement of glasses and coffee mugs. The buffet sour cream on table each day. I will not recommend. ”

• The pool area was very nice, but I wish there was a hot tub.
• It was very noisy; the Ball room was two doors away.

• The room was pleasant.
• Front desk was incompetent and nasty. Not a good combination.

“Do not walk, run-away! This hotel personified an equal blend of mediocrity and incompetence. I travel frequently and was dismayed and a bit repulsed to find that one of the glasses in my room was half full of what I would guess was murky water. This was in what was supposed to be a clean room. When I brought the half full glass of questionable fluid to the front desk their response was -- "So what?" On top of this I received wrong directions from the front desk on how to find a pharmacy. Further the used hand towels that I put on the floor with my bath towel were just placed back on the rack -- yuck! I notice this because they were still damp. And then on top of it they double billed me on my credit card. This hotel should be rated with a 1/2 point for service and cleanliness and competence. I was too afraid to try the restaurant -- so I didn't rate it.”

• The hotel is clean, has an indoor pool and close to shopping and restaurants.
• There was a large stain on my rug near my bed which needed to be steamed out.

“Hotel was renovated last year. It is affordable and great if you are staying in the Boston area esp. as college parents. It is convenient to most schools and the parking makes it easy.”

• Near the interstate, Mall and all kinds of eating places.
• Was not given the type of room that I had asked for. Had to call the desk to get what was requested.

“This is a nice place to stay. It is close to the interstate but is set back on a side street so it is pretty quite. The rooms are nice and clean. The king bed in the room had a adjustable air mattress cover that was covered with fur of some type. It was very plush and made for a good nights sleep.”
