• The sleep number bed, the cleanliness and workout room.
• Staff was not always available when you called downstairs. I actually had to go downstairs to the lobby to speak to them twice.

“It was very cozy and comfortable. Everything is at your convenience. There's a small shopping mall right across the road. The only problem We had was finding the place, which the staff was very helpful when I called them.”

• Large comfortable room, large coffee cups and good coffee.
• Fan was broken in bathroom and made loud noise.

“Great value for the money. Clean large rooms and lovely staff.”

• I liked the fact we could check in early, events were posted daily in elevator.
• I liked everything.

“Excellent, hospitality, convenient location to restaurants, shopping. I would definitely use this hotel again and again when visiting Brockton.”

• The staff was very nice.
• It was very warm and muggy in the hallways -

“The staff was very courteous and helpful. The temperature for October was very warm and muggy, and the air conditioning in the hallway was turned off so it was warm. My room, however, was just fine. And, the restaurant had a great chef. We ate dinner on Saturday night, and it was great! Thank you.”
