• Great location.
• Old building and rooms.

“The hotel is perfectly located, just 3 block away from Copley and Prudential. However, the hotel staff was not friendly at all, didn't even answer when you spoke to them. The hotel is old and the rooms don't even have doors in the bathrooms. We had somebody in the room next door yelling all night and even though we called and asked them somebody ask them to lower the volume, nobody did anything. The walls are so thin you can hear everything next door.”

• It's centrally located, clean an inexpensive.
• Its appearance is tired. There was a charge for the internet and parking.

“The hotel is old with a tired appearance but it is clean and comfortable. There is a charge to use the internet and there is a charge for parking. It is in a great location, centrally located in Boston.”

• No dining.

“Great way to see Boston for less- the location is excellent and the king bed room is very spacious. The sink is separated from the bathroom which is perfect for 2 getting ready at the same time. While there is no room service in the hotel there are plenty of places to eat very close by. A solid and affordable choice.”

• Proximity, desk staff, parking arrangements, packages.
• Bell service, elevator.

“Our first time in Boston, used these reviews to stay here. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Symphony hall a stones throw. Staff was great, acknowledged our anniversary and accommodated our kids long distance requests. No food in hotel, but its just a trolley ride or walk to anything. Will recommend to anyone.”

• Friendly, and it is near the metro.

“Second time I stayed at the Midtown. Very close to the Prudential T Metro stop as well as North-Eastern University. Lots of places to shop/eat close by. I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone.”

• Close to Fen way & that is where I was going.
• I had a smoking room, the room smelled & it was not smoke.

“Very easy to get to from the highway. Short cab ride to pretty much anywhere in the city I would imagine. Staff was very friendly & the price was great.”
