  • Helpful staff and close to public transportation.
  • Linen and bedding was not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Uncomfortable beds!

“A beautiful hotel located on the waterfront with excellent amenities and responsive staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the public areas are luxurious and inviting.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • Hotel staff was very accommodating.
  • Shower could have been better.

“For business travelers to the world trade center, this hotel is wonderful. For leisure travelers, it was sort of tucked away from the downtown area, which made for some pricey cab fares.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Nice view, clean, good amenities like high quality shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, and soap. Large towels, comfortable pillows and high quality linens.
  • Not on a main subway line. It's on the weird rarely used 'silver line' which is sort of a bus that goes under the river.

“Since it's in the waterfront - you don't have to fight Boston traffic to get into the parking garage. From there it's connected to the large lobby complete with a nice looking restaurant (we didn't eat there) a bar, a Starbucks and several free internet equipped computers. Overall, the hotel had lots of nice amenities like bathrobes, high quality soaps and shampoos and cotton balls and q-tips for your use in the bathroom. The sheets and towels were plush and everything was very comfortable. The only negative was that there was a small cleanliness issue in our room with some coffee grounds in the sink and a little dirt on the floor but for what I paid.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • The beautiful waterfront view from our room!
  • The rooms were small and a bit hart to walk around in.

“Beautiful waterfront hotel close to all, yet far enough away to be very peaceful, and romantic. You cant beat the Boston harbor, or skyline view!”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[6]

  • Modern.
  • Room way too small.

“Room had 2 double beds, not queens and was quite small.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The location was excellent.
  • The parking garage was very big and confusing.

“This is a great hotel for a weekend getaway with that someone special or for the business traveler.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[8] • Location:[5]

  • Amenities in the room quite nice and neat electronic features.

“The hotel was nice and had many neat features but I was on the water but had no water view. The room was small. I asked for an upgrade but they said an additional $75 for water view. It was pretty far from Fanuiel Hall; $6 cab ride.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • Very close to airport and subway.

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[8] • Location:[5]

  • Well appointed health club.
  • Noisy in the late evening.

“Public areas were very appealing. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location a bit out of the way for leisure travel. Room could have had better quality bedding (including pillows) and furniture. Bath could have had better toiletries such as a shower cap. Because of function capacity, hotel room was noisy in late evening-revelers in hall.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[7]

  • The staff was great. The rooms large clean and up-to-date.
  • The only thing I would have liked is free parking.

“The hotel is very attractive. Rooms are large and very accommodating. The lobby and lobby restaurant/bar were very nice. The front desk person was very professional and pleasant. The hotel asks that you don¿t tip. I would have liked free parking, however the parking was convenient and the cost of 29 per day I wouldn¿t let that deter me from staying there again.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • Service was all inclusive.
  • "Hot" breakfast buffet was "cold".

“Overall the hotel was average for a 4 star. The hot breakfast buffet was cold. Also we had another hotel visitor show up at our door early Sunday morning thinking it was their room as the hotel inappropriately gave them the wrong room. The hotel staff apologized but really seemed to lack any true concern.”

  • The staff was great. The shuttle to the garden was a plus.
  • Nothing.

“It was a nice surprise, and convenient for our purposes: game at the garden, then quick access to 93 south to get home.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[8] • Location:[6]

  • The spa.
  • 28 dollars a day to park.

“People should be warned about the parking fees and the food is expensive. It is a very nice hotel, the bar is open to the dining area so it is not very kid friendly but it is very nice for business travel or a weekend get away.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Cleanliness and no tipping rule. Liked the set up very much of my room.
  • No menu to put on door for ordering of breakfast.

“Excellent location; easily accessible by the main roads yet acts like a private resort. Am making plans to stay here on my future Boston visits”
