“Good location but is very noisy in the morning. There is no way you could sleep past six-thirty in the morning.”

“Hotel rooms were meticulous. Location was great. We utilized the hotel valet parking service and had no complaints. I was kept awake by other guests across the hall between 2:30-5:00 am because they were partying in the hallway. I do have to say that I did not contact the front desk because I kept hoping that it would stop. I do feel though, that I had I contacted the front desk, that the issue would have been resolved. Security was obvious and prevalent onsite.”

“The hotel was in an excellent location for downtown Boston, was clean, the employees were courteous, and they had reasonably priced parking(for Boston). The room was nicely furnished, but the door on the bathroom didn't fit well, the water was but Luke warm, fixtures were marginally okay. The restaurant facilities were limited.”

“I was really impressed by the Radisson. I had driven and walked past it dozens of times when I worked in Boston and never really gave it a second look. I was very, very impressed by how nice, clean, and convenient it was.”

“This hotel is located close to the subway and within walking distance to Boston Common and Prudential Centre. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and upscale.”

“While the hotel was a nice hotel, I thought it was a stretch to say it's in Copley Square. And the bathroom could use some rework. But for the price, I'd say it wasn't too bad and I might stay there again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The Hotel room had some nice updates but some things were still a little dated. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was in a great location for what we wanted to do in Boston. My only complaint was that the balcony door was difficult to close and lock (on the 20th floor that made me very nervous with small kids). I would definately stay there again.”

“Great hotel. Perfect location about two blocks from the Arlington T station and the rooms were very spacious. The sleep number bed was also a nice touch. Only missing a flat-screen TV.”

“Staff were warm and inviting along with knowledge of some great local eateries. The bell hop just inside the main doors was especially friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler. Only issue was with the price of parking. For having stayed at the hotel, the price of parking could have been reduced for guests.”

“The location was great if you're going to Boston for any type of play. The restaurants were superb. The rooms were very clean and the lines quite comfortable. The sleep number bed was wonderful!”

“It is a nice place to stay, but as an interior designer, I think that rooms could have a bit more style. Its a tad sterile inside, but over-all very pleasant for the average person.”

“This hotel promised a balcony with each room, but the door to the balcony was locked. The room looked very old and worn. The beds were very uncomfortable, the room and bathroom weren't really clean. The location however was great. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for years!”

“The hotel is great over all. Its pretty clean and the room is huge and beautiful
with 2
TVs and 2 balconies. The elevator is pretty fast.the staff friendly seemed to be a little tired, but helpful. Awesome location.”

“This hotel could be classified as a business person's hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, except make sure you don't bother the concierge. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location in the heart of the theatre distract was very nice, close to all the historic attractions of Boston, we walked mostly. Close to restaurants. All in all a nice place to stay.”
