• The quality of the stay was good regardless of the price.
• It served all of our purposes, including a free laundry, so, I have no complaints.

“A clean, upscale hotel with good services (free internet, laundry, free breakfast, etc.)in a location close to the airport. It was minutes from restaurants and specialty shops.”

• Great staff and better than expected room.
• Nothing; great value.

“The 2-3 star class is favored by many business travelers. This hotel took pains to rise above the norm, with towel elephant and peanuts in the bathroom to staff that went a little further, to surprisingly attractive physical plant and lots of parking.”

• Hallways dingy. Coffee maker nasty. No fridge/micro avail.

• Lots of noise from nearby freeway and smelled septic type odor.

• Clean room and good breakfast.
• Front desk service was absolutely awful!

“Overall the hotel was decent but I was told I needed to give them my credit card at check in for records purposes only and there would be no additional charges, there was a convenience holding that was pulled out that was not expecting that caused banking issues. Although it was returned the simple fact that I was not told about the hold upset me! I felt I was deceived when the service desk told me 'no additional charge'.”

• Limited TV channels, rude check-in girl.

“I was afraid for the low price that the hotel would be under construction (as has happened before). But it was surprisingly nice and well appointed. The location was also convenient. The only issue we had was the check in girl.”

• Smell of corridors, no elevator, late breakfast at 7:00.

• Nice breakfast in the morning and anti pasto in the evening.
• Fire alarm sounded 2 times in one week once 3:30 am and once 1:15 am, hotel was evacuated.

“Great Friendly service, clean, comfortable beds and awesome breakfast and a nice antipasto salad in the evening! But thumbs down because the fire alarm sounded 2 times in a week 3:30 am & 1:15 am both times the hotel was evacuated for 45 minutes and guests were standing out in the cold night many of us in not so warm clothes. The fire department said there was a faulty mechanism. Why the problem wasn't corrected after the first time puzzles me! To top it off when I complained for the second time, they did nothing to accomodate me but joked around about it! I don't care if they fix the problem now because I will never stay there again. Guess the jokes on them.”

• Staff is friendly and efficient.
• Confusion with staff on possible extension of stay.

“I arrived late evening (10:00pm) and was greeted by a smiling face and warm welcome. Directions to the local airport were clear and accurate too. Simple continental breakfast included hot cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit. Great stay for the price.”

• The location was easy to find and the room was clean.
• The cracked sink in the bathroom was unsightly and probably had germs. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
