“I was taken back when I parked my car at the lot- I looked over to see a 2008 Sebring with the drivers window busted out and the glass lying in the seat etc. I tried to find parking closer to the entry- (not possible).”

“The Sheraton was a lovely hotel and gracious reception and pretty, clean upscale room. The only negative was that it could have been more quiet, after 11:00 PM.”

“Only stayed a couple nights but they were enjoyable. Nice view of city and bed was comfortable. Pool area was very nice and lounge/dining area large and appealing.”

“Although the room did not initially look dirty, being right next to a service elevator that ran up/down all night didn't help. The room did have new tile, and good linens, but the shower curtain was extremely moldy, and there was a lot of mold in the grout of the shower/tub area. Additionally, a dry cleaning tag was left on the shelf of the closet by a previous guest, which indicates that the housekeeping staff was either 1) not very tall, or 2) no very particular about cleaning less conspicuous areas.”

“The noise level was high, and the cleanliness of the room low. I was not impressed.”

“The shuttle service to the Mall of America was terrible. The week-end manager told me it was a favor for them to provide this service. I told him every hotel in Bloomington offers a free shuttle, including a Days Inn. This place felt more like a Days Inn or Motel 6 than a Sheraton. They should revoke their franchise.”

“We have stayed here many times and always enjoy the rooms, the pools, and the surrounding area for entertainment and recreation. It is one of our favorite get-away places.”

“The hotel was great. We were charged $1.95 to make a local phone call which was outrageous, but other than that, the hotel met expectations. Wish the room was bigger. There wasn't much space between furniture.”

“I'd say the hotel itself was nice. My biggest problem was the entrance was located in an odd spot. On the back of the main entrance. And once you got the hotel the parking was awful. You had about a row of twenty Handicap parking spaces you could not park in and maybe three spots were taken. This was on a busy weekend there and then about six or seven rows of valet parking and maybe one or two rows were taken up. So if you had a ton of baggage like myself and my girlfriend you had to carry it a great distance. For the quality hotel this claims to be the valet parkers should not take the prime spots. It's backward in the thinking.”

“The beds and room were very comfortable. The location was great near many activities. I was disappointed by having to pay for internet service and any other service the hotel provided. The pool and exercise room were great. The employees were snobby and not very helpful.”

“Room was king suite on club floor which allowed us access to Club lounge for complimentary breakfast in morning and cocktails/appetizers in evening. Very friendly staff. Nice pool area. Comedy Club on scene, but not utilized by us during stay.” Amenities at Sheraton Bloomington, Bloomington
