• No refrigerator. No microwave

“Hotel rooms were excellent quality, modern and clean. Enjoyable stay at QI. Pool was bit small and crowded. Attractive hotel overall.”

• Attached lounge/restaurant.
• That there wasn't a main stairway way to walk up by entry area..there was elevators and side stair wells.

“This hotel is obviously changing to a different chain. The signs had been taken down and it was very difficult to find. There was major construction going on throughout the hotel. The room was clean but had very old and mis-matched furniture, the TV didn't get all the channels. It was a very disappointing experience.”

• Excellent. Very friendly staff.
• Continental breakfast didn't offer much.

“My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. From the desk staff to shuttle drivers every employee we encountered was very friendly and offered a variety of suggestions for things to do. We even got coupons for bars and restaurants in the area.”

• It was hard to get to.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel for the following reasons...
1. Hard to get to
2. Felt unsafe in the area it was located
3. Front desk guy said I cannot leave my car in
the parking lot while on my trip. He would
not give me the discount coupon for the Park
and Fly since I had a internet discounted
room.
4. The hotel was not well lit.
5. My bed had dirty sheets.
6. Would NEVER stay at this hotel again. it should be a one star rating if that!”

• It is a little hard to find if you don't know the area

“I have always liked the Holiday Express chain. There rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The brunch is a for sure plus. Its location is excellent for those folks looking to shop or visit the Mall of America. ”

• This hotel was very clean and had a wonderful breakfast!
• Pool was cold!

“I would recommend this hotel to others visiting the twin Cities area. It was located close to the Mall of America and had many other amenities close by. They had a very friendly staff and the breakfast was awesome! I feel like we got the deal of the century.”

“I couldn't find anything wrong at this hotel. The staff was courteous the room was clean and everything worked fine. The breakfast was convenient as well. I was pleased with my visit and am likely to visit again!!”

• It was ver well set up for the traveler. Hair dryer and iron at the ready. The breakfast was lavish and nourishing and convient. Cheerful hotel

• Loud heater and uncomfortable bed

“Good location to Mall of America and New IKEA store. Easy on and off of I-494. Very good breakfast, rolls, bagels, juices and good coffee, even hard boiled eggs.”
