• We had a room with 2 beds and no occupants to either side.
• No free breakfast.

“Pretty much a standard Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly, the restaurant looked good (we did not use it). The room was comfortable, check in and check out were easy, we had no problems. Even with all the kids staying there for a baseball tournament, we heard nothing.”

• It was very quiet no outside noise.
• No refrigerator in room.

“The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. We would stay here again as the area is safe and convenient to dining and safety as the police station and government building are next door.”

• Comfortable beds and large rooms.
• Free coffee in the lobby was like water.

“Didn't expect much from a Holiday Inn on a main street in Warren but this one exceeded expectations. Rooms were large and comfortable, everything worked and the hotel provided plenty of pillows. Hotel might start thinking about renovating in the not too distant future but there were no obvious cosmetic problems.”

• The location was good and it felt safe.
• I had a very bad experience with a counter person there.

“If you take out my experience with an employee there, I would rate my stay VERY HIGH but due to this issue I would not want to stay there again.”

• Nothing! It was disgusting!
• Everything was dirty & disgusting. I mean everything.

• It was close to where I needed to be, and not too expensive.
• It wasn't clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

“I would stay here only as a last resort. It's not clean, and beds aren't comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, though. I didn't get to try the restaurant or other facilities, so I can't speak to those. The staff was very helpful.”

• Good location, friendly staff, nice and very clean rooms.
• High quality beds are becoming common with this star rating but not a requirement.

• Pool and Hot Tub.
• The carpet in our room was nasty.

“The carpet in our room would quickly turn our white socks black with dirt or something nasty.”

• Location, cost.
• Radio alarm too cheap and did not work. Could upgrade equipment, its existing quality takes away from hotel.

• Rooms looked like they had been re-modeled recently.
• Extremely noisy hotel, thin walls could hear neighbors.

“Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very attractive. It looked as if it had recently been re-modeled. The room was clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable. Very noisy at night, we could hear our neighbors TV all night long.”

• Pool area extremely small.

• The staff was very nice.
• The pool area is very run down. I love pools but I didn't really want to spend anytime at all at this pool.

“The room was fine. I would have liked a climate controlled heater. The on/off mechanism has to be adjusted frequently. The pool area needs major work. It is very run down.”
