• Clean, Friendly, Descent free breakfast, good cookies and good coffee. Staff was very helpful and hardworking.
• Had to smoke outside, bed wasn't too comfortable, but was adequate for the price.

“I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area. I went with 6 teenage girls, the staff was very accomodating. Shopping and restaurants were close and the breakfast that was included was good and well stocked constantly.”

• We arrived 2 hrs early and still checked in without waiting. Location was great, easy to get to and quiet setting. Relaxed atmosphere.
• Our stay was all we expected it to be and then some.

“The staff was very friendly and eager to please. It was quiet, clean and courteous. Only thing that could be improved on was upgrades to TV and more channels.”

• Chlorine smell from the pool was very strong.

• Hotel staff were friendly.
• Breakfast needed fruit.

“Decent hotel for the price. It is the only hotel in Big Rapids that has a breakfast, though the breakfast needed to have fresh fruit.”

• Clean, nice motel with excellent staff.
• We had to call lobby to complain about noise @ 11pm.

“Overall, this is a great place to spend the night, we traveled on a weekend, and there was an about of town children¿s sports team there. The parents of this team wanted to party and were quite loud. Someone from this group took alcohol into the pool area and broke the glass container, causing the pool to be closed. Not the motel's fault! But this did take away from our overall experience. This was our 2nd stay at this motel, and we would still go back again.”

• Street sign was obscured.. missed turn-off to hotel. not visible.

• There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the hotel.
