• It was clean and the staff was great!
• The rust around the bathroom sink, the hotel needs to address this issue.

“It was great! Close to Cincinnati. Quiet, didn't have to worry about kids running down the hall. Dinner and drinks at Kelly's Public house was great.”

“Older hotel with beautiful lobby but when opening up the door to the room was a little disappointed because the room was not too up to date. It needs some updating. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.”

• The rooftop revolving restaurant was very nice, wonderful view & fabulous food!
• Undergoing "renovations" meant drilling constantly & hammering !

“This hotel is very convenient. It is undergoing much needed renovation. Dinner at the rooftop revolving restaurant which was very good with a spectacular view! It will be very nice when renovations completed but for now there were dissatisfied customers!”

• Comfortable room for a romantic getaway.
• Certain floors were under construction. If you want to sleep in past 9, forget it!

“Our stay was very nice. The revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel, while expensive, was exquisite. The room was perfect for a romantic getaway. The Sleep Number bed ensured that we were both comfortable, and the space in the room was a lot bigger than expected, given the shape of the building. The swimming facility was fantastic and was not busy at all. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend the Riverfront Radisson to anyone!”

• Clean friendly staff, Nice view, excellent restaurant on 18th floor.
• Poor was closed.

“I was very disappointed that I paid full price for a hotel and did not get to enjoy all of the services. I was not notified until checking in that the pool was under construction, and would be closed for several weeks. One of my reasons for choosing this hotel was the good things that were mentioned about the pool. I just wish the price reflected the construction that was taking place. I will not book there again without calling first.”

• Great location, nice view for breakfast buffet, friendly.
• Sleep number double bed. Double beds are not good for 2 people but sleep number beds give you less room because of the plastic frame around the matter.

“Nice location, unique rooms and great Riverview for dining. Would prefer a king size bed when staying at the Radisson.”

• I loved the view of Cincinnati from my balcony.
• Room service ended at 10:00pm.

“I love the location so I did recommend this hotel to a friend that did book a room for a few days. I just did not like room service ending at 10:00pm.”

• Hotel location, front desk staff, & sound insulation.
• : Business car consists of 1 computer & printer.

“We have always been anxious about reserving this hotel because it is an older bldg & is located right next to the freeway but we were pleasantly surprised! The reception area (as well as other public areas) is comfortable and clean and the desk staff very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are (somewhat) recently updated but clean and comfortable and the sound insulation is very good so noise is not an issue. The "penthouse" restaurant/bar rotates 365 degrees, offering a great view of Cincinnati and surrounding areas but the service and food were both poor. Too bad - that should be a huge moneymaker!”

• The location next to the interstate was great.
• The hotel room was in desperate need of updating and the room/hallway did not smell fresh.

“I found the hotel to be a disappointment for the star level that it was rated. The hotel common areas were nice, but the room and hallways to the rooms were in desperate need of remodeling and/or updating. The hallway and room had an unpleasant odor and the sliding glass doors to the balcony were streaked and dirty. The view from the balcony was a car lot and parking lot. ”

• Location was convenient. Access to freeway was great.
• Being right next to the freeway you heard a lot of traffic noise.

“Location of hotel was very convenient. The hotel has an "older" look to it. Unique round shape of the building makes it an interesting to see. Free internet access is a huge plus. The business center is nothing to write home about.”

• Room was smallest I have ever seen, very noisy, TV did not work.

“The price was right, so I booked this room for a 2 night stay. When they say "compact," they mean tiny! This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. the room was too small to even accommodate the coffee machine, so they put that in the bathroom. It was possible to sit on the commode, brush your teeth and make coffee, all at the same time! The one double bed actually looked large in this room. It worked okay for me as a solo traveler, but no way would 2 people fit in this room.”

• Bed mattresses come with control to make them softer/firmer to suit person's preference.
• Cable on the TV would go in and out.

“This was a very nice hotel and very close to downtown Cincinnati. It is within walking distance of Main Strasse, which has turned into a bar haven--would be the perfect place to stay if you wanted to go bar hopping! It was close to the freeway, but was not noisy at all; I could faintly hear trucks driving by, but it was not loud enough to disturb me. Room came with a fridge in it, which was very nice to have. Small complaint: ice machines are on every other floor, but there is no sign to inform you of this. We could not find an ice machine on our floor, and had to call the front desk to find out that we had to go to another floor to get ice. Overall, though, excellent experience!”

• Breakfast was the only meal we ate at the hotel, and it was mediocre.

“We had a great time. The staff was very responsive to a request to change to a room with king-sized bed, and more pillows, as well as providing excellent information about transportation and local dining. The location is excellent -- our room had a fabulous view of the river and Cincinnati proper. We were in walking distance of restaurants, parks, galleries and the excellent local bus shuttle.”
