• Staff was very friendly.
• Although it was taken care of quickly, toilet didn't work upon arrival.

“Hotel was easy to find, right off the freeway. Staff was very friendly and eager to please. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My stay was very pleasant.”

• Convenience to major thoroughfares and comfortable accommodations.
• Could not adjust the TV--picture was too dark.

“Excellent value. Have stayed here twice so far and anticipate a third time. This was close to a conference I was attending and once we stayed here the first month, we did not search for another location for the upcoming months.”

• Quiet, comfortable, recently remodeled, great pool for the kids.
• Nothing comes to mind.

• No general use computer that I could see.

• The new decor and the friendly staff.
• We liked everything.

“It was convenient to the Minnetonka area which we visited and it was an all around good experience. The staff directed us to places we wanted to see with great directions.”

• The suite was roomy, the pool was good , breakfast was average.
• I had a bad experience with a Somalian maid trying to get us to check out early.

“The front desk staff was very friendly and did a great job the breakfast was average to poor limited items and the number they had. The worst thing to happen was Saturday morning a Somalian maid walked into our room she was told we would not be checking out till closer to noon, she came up to me at 11 and asked when we would be gone and became irate when I told her it would be closer to noon.”

• The new bedding and bath towels were fabulous!
• Nothing!

“WOW - we loved this place! Completely 100% smoke-free, upgraded bedding (simply smart) with triple sheeted beds all having both soft and firm pillows. Everything about this Holiday Inn Express was top rated from the breakfast bar to the pool to the exercise room. Our family reunion was being held nearby so we rented a lot of rooms. Everyone loved the place and rated it 5 Star. We will return! Very good value.”
