• The staff had the ability to make me feel like they were there to help me relax and enjoy my stay.
• In order to get to the hotel you had to do a U-turn that I think may have been illegal.

“I would recommend this hotel because the staff was great, the room was homey and comfortable and the overall impression was clean and well cared for.”

• Had a very good complimentary breakfast.
• Fire alarm went off at 3:30am, staff did not communicate with guests what was going on - false alarm, no discount offered.

“A fire alarm was going off at 3:30 in the morning, we saw other people evacuating and did the same. We stood outside with our children in our pajamas, waiting to find out what was going on. None of the staff members came out to tell guests outside that it was a false alarm. The alarm went off for at least 15minutes or more. The next morning I was told that the reason the alarm went off for so long was that somebody had misplaced the keys for the alarm box. They said that they could not have prevented this from happening and therefore would not give any discounts. ”
