• Everything was clean and in very nice shape, and staff members were very friendly.
• We had the romance package with breakfast in bed, but the meal was very, very plain, a let down.

“We had a very pleasant stay here. Everything was clean and in good shape, staff were helpful, smiling and friendly. We had a romance package, which was basically for the Jacuzzi. The breakfast in bed, was just selections from the lobby continental breakfast, not very romantic. The food was fine, but my expectations had been set a bit higher because of the hype.”

• Love the hot breakfast ,all the staff The pool and hot tub. Like everything about the hotel.
• We liked it all, GREAT place to stay.

“My daughter had to go for a business trip, we had our room reserved for that date, the meeting was put on hold, the hotel worked with us and reserved another time and a room for us . They were very kind and worked with us. I will be going back and will tell ALL my friends and coworkers about this hotel. I will be taking my wife there for just a vacation in the hotel coming summer. Our 5 year old granddaughter didn't want to leave!”

“My car broke down on the way to the hotel. I called the hotel to cancel the reservation but was told I was being charged for the room anyway. I missed the birth of my grandson and then spent over an hour being transferred from operator to operator and in the end was charged anyway. They wouldn't allow me to transfer the reservation to another hotel where my car broke down, nor would they allow me to reschedule the reservation for the following day. All I heard from country inn was sorry, this is our policy. I will never use country suites again and I will tell all of my friends and family how bad this experience was.”

“We were directed to this hotel by the national number stating it was "minutes" from the Albertville shopping mall...that was the first of many frustrations. This hotel is actually at least 20 minutes from the shopping outlet, and WAY off the interstate. There is however a BRAND NEW Country Inn & Suites right AT the shopping outlet...why were we not directed there??? Next, the hotel was VERY dirty. We could not let our baby crawl on the floor there. There were far too many issues with the hotel overall to name...just a suggestion NOT to stay here. There is also a brand new holiday inn with indoor waterpark opening in Osetco which is near this hotel. I suggest you stay there instead. Also, this hotel is WAY overpriced. Way Way Overpriced. ”
