• Awesome Atmosphere, friendly people.
• Needs a handicap bar in restroom, had to use towel holder.

“Great hotel. Friendly people. Accommodated me and my dad as much as possible. Rooms were clean and conveniently located to elevators and exits. Breakfast was great.”

• Charge for breakfast in a setting that would seem like it should be comp.

“Over all for a 2.5 star hotel, it was very nice. I liked the free internet service - I can't seem to get that anywhere at any of the 3 star hotels. For business travel it was perfect.”

• My husband said he loved this hotel several times. He is hard to please.
• Nothing.

“It was wonderful. If we stayed in Louisville again we would love to stay there every time. The location was ideal as we were going to Ohio, we love White Castles and it was a couple of miles up the road. The location was perfect. We couldn't have been happier in a 5 star.”

• It was very clean, accommodating, and it didn't smell.
• The pool was very small

“Although it was a little farther away from my destination than I would have liked, and it was somewhat difficult to find, it was worth the trouble once we were settled in. I would stay there again.”

• Clean, modern, friendly, close to shopping and restaurants.
• The hot breakfast buffet wasn't very hot It was more like Luke warm.

“I purchased two rooms. One for my wife and me and one for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. We were all thrilled with the quality and appearance of the rooms. The only thing we were disappointed in was the temperature of the breakfast buffet and we thought it was priced too high.”

“The hotel was fine, but it was not the original hotel I thought I was getting. I was sent to another hotel at the other end of town (I'm guessing they gave my room away because I arrived late). It put me farther away from my daughter's competition; therefore I was late getting there.”
