“If you want a very nice hotel, in downtown, and near the highway this is ideal. Short drive to department stores in Indiana, within seconds of food, and seemed to be very safe.”

“This hotel was the best value ever! It had a gorgeous swimming pool and the room was very nice looking. I loved how it was decorated. Also I liked the idea of the parking area being accessible by using your key card. I felt safer having my car in the area. Also the free breakfast was pretty good. I had a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich.”

“I was so pleasantly surprised at this wonderful hotel. I was so impressed with your hotel that I will tell everyone about it. My husband and I will like to have a place to come when we want to visit Louisville for a holiday.

“Clean, great location, good food for room service, but overall it was definitely a disappointing experience, mainly due to the lack of an exercise room, and I was shocked to find out the rooms do not have internet access.”

“This hotel can be good depending on where you stay inside. We had a little trouble at first because the first room they put us in had a very strong musty smell, almost like a cigarette smoke smell. I asked to switch rooms because I started to have an allergic reaction within 5 minutes. They moved us, but the same problem. Finally, they moved us to another floor and the room was satisfactory. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and kind and gave us coupons for breakfast because of the trouble we had. Once we were in our new room, we had no complaints. It was a very nice hotel.”

“The hotel was fine but the room was to small and only had one small bed. There were four people in my party and some had to sleep on the floor. The hotel manager said there was no guarantee on room selection.”

“For the price we paid, we couldn't really complain, but we were unhappy with the hotel's quality, cleanliness, services, etc. and did not feel it lived up to (not even close) the rating. There was a restaurant but it was overpriced for just your basic food; the rooms were dark and our floor had stains on it. We were in a handicapped room (by chance) which was fine but the bathroom floor did not drain properly for that kind of shower.”

“This hotel is located in the heart of Louisville, KY, not far from night life such as Coyote's night club and several other local pubs. It was easily accessible from I-65 and easy to find once downtown. It is a short 6 miles from the Kentucky Fair & Expo Center, which is very convenient also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting the convenience of a downtown hotel with something to do close by.”

“Hotel was nice enough. Room was very clean. Hotel is located in a part of town that is not very pleasant" There were several homeless people walking the streets in front of the hotel and within walking distance, there were several parts of the city that we didn't like."”

“The location definitely impressed me, and the ease to find helped also. The television was small, but it was clean and neat. I would use this hotel again if I was visiting the downtown attractions.”

“The Inn is a very good no frills property that is extremely convenient to the convention center and downtown area (two easy walking blocks). The rooms are tastefully clean and neat and the staff is helpful and accommodating. The restaurant on property offers a varied and excellent menu for breakfast, lunch (great lunch buffet daily and a good Sunday brunch), and dinner. It is a local favorite. Parking is a giant plus being ample and easy (no valet to go through every time you get your car out and no charge). Local calls are free so use of dial-up for internet access costs nothing. If needed they have a free DSL terminal in the lobby. For those without a car they offer a free shuttle service to the hospital and downtown area. It's 2.5 to 3 star rating is totally acceptable.”

Tina D. from Slaughters “We were completely disgusted by the Inn at Jewish Hospital. The hallway to our room smelled terrible, but we were hopeful our room would be okay. It wasn't! It smelled of cigarette smoke and other unknown odors. It was unbearable. We asked to move to another room and were denied. We ended up checking out and moving to another hotel.”
