• Nothing I can think of.
• It's very poorly managed and maintained.

“This place is so poorly run that we heard many of the problems the employees had with each other as well as their employer who apparently is always drinking. No help was offered at the counter when we needed assistance and almost everything did not work efficiently. The manager was unavailable all 7 times we went to the counter and we were told that she would not help us because it was the housekeeper's fault. As we see it, there is no blame on the manager for the behavior of their staff but are willing to put blame on their employees. Very dissatisfying facility and we would not return if they were the last hotel with rooms.”

• My daughter picked up a used needle by our bed.

“This hotel was the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. It was dirty and the customer service was horrible. We found a used needle on the floor next to our bed. My 2 year old almost poked herself with it. This was a terrible experience for us. We will never stay at that hotel again and we will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.”
