• They were flexible in finding us a handicapped accessible room.
• They did not properly route our reservation resulting in a double charge.

• Convenient & safe location. Loved that it had a hot breakfast and not just fruit and cereal.
• Loud, could easily heard conversations of guest in the room next door along with his alarm clock at 6 am!

“Overall nice hotel for the money. Would request to stay in a non adjoining room next time as we could hear everything. His alarm woke us up at 6 am on Saturday morning. When you are on a weekend getaway and want to sleep in, that is the last thing you want to wake up to is someone else's alarm.”

• A lot of pillows on the beds!
• Noisy.

“It was crowded with a large group of kids staying in town for a skateboard competition so it was a bit noisy and the pool was full. It is a bit tricky to find the entrance to the hotel. The room was pretty nice for the price and, for the first time at a budget hotel, we didn't have to ask for extra pillows!”

• Rooms looked great, beds and pillows very comfortable.
• The rooms were a bit small.

“The room was very nicely decorated, the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were great! There was also down comforters on the beds. Staff was very helpful. Room was a bit small but it was fine.”
