  • Excellent location, very nice room, very spacious.
  • Bathroom is a little small if you need a lot of room in the bathroom but rest of room very spacious.

“Excellent hotel that has an excellent location for various activities within the Twin Cities area. Very quiet, clean and spacious.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[9] • Location:[5]

  • The lobby is impressive and the room is comfortable.
  • The bathroom lights have to be turned on from outside the bathroom and the doors are not meant to close completely.

“I would not consider this an airport hotel as it is not as close to the airport as many and has just a couple of fast food places near it. Also, there is not a coffee maker in the room. You need a car to stay here if you are planning to visit the Twin Cities. However, the building and rooms are attractive.”

“This is a lovely hotel for travelers. It is not a great match for children. Our children are seasoned travelers and handled it fine. But if you're looking for child-friendly, this is not it!”

  • Nothing; I liked everything about it.

“Classic French atmosphere with high quality bedding and towels, etc. Clean, lovely rooms. Great restaurant, bar and gift shop and great proximity to other area attractions.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[7] • Location:[3]

  • Nicely decorated.
  • Seemed pretentious without justification.

“The hotel was nicely decorated and had the standard amenities like free local paper, WSJ, or USA Today, wired ethernet in rooms, but nothing that I couldn't have gotten at any two-star hotel - they didn't even have a bellhop, which I would have expected at a four star hotel. The bathrooms were different a half glass door in the shower instead of shower curtain, and with French doors instead of a standard for the bathroom door don't bring small children if you value your privacy in the bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable. I really saw nothing to warrent its Star level. Prices in the restaurants were higher than I anticipated, for food that was less than I expected. Wireless ethernet is for T-Mobile customers only. Biggest drawback is that unless you have business in the SW part of town, this really is a pretty poor location a very poor location for anything in St. Paul. It's not close to anything except the Mall of America maybe Mystic Lake, if you wanted to take a day trip out there, and there are much closer, equally nice or nicer hotels if you want to go to Moa.”
