• Very nice suites, beds were comfortable and second room was perfect for our child.
• The heater was in the main room and it was used to heat both spaces.

• The front desk staff was excellent.
• The room was not 3 1/2 star quality. Rooms are not appealing.

“The house cleaners took pop out of our cooler with out permission when they were cleaning our room. I went to use the coffee pot and there was some strange bug came crawling out from under the cups. Water damage on the ceiling.”

• The beds were comfortable.
• First room smelled terrible, second room the toilet leaked and the door frame had been busted in and replaced poorly, wouldn't give a third room.

“Not even close to the star quality you stated. More like a 2 star motel. The room that we would have gotten was a standard room so we ended up with an additional $20 charge for an upgrade. No breakfast. Terrible service. Toilet was loose and leaked all over the floor. Maintenance came with a plunger and a drill to fix the toilet. The toilet never got fixed. The door jam obviously had been busted open at one time and not fixed properly. One hard push on the door and it would have opened up - not very safe for a family or for anyone! The pool area doesn't have a hot tub - big disappointment. On the positive side the beds are comfortable and the bus to the mall of America was nice.”

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the comfort of living area separate from bedroom. I also recommend this hotel to those who enjoy having a microwave and refrigeration in their rooms.”

• Great service, clean rooms, and great location.
• We only had small, square pillows on our bed which was odd. Pool is extremely small.

• The room was much bigger than I expected. It was quite large and attractive.
• The shower was not easy to work with.

“The room was much bigger than we expected. With the European name, we figured there would be a tiny little closet (from past experience) and small room. Not the case. The room was big, attractive, and clean. The staff was friendly. We were very impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay here again. It exceeded our expectations - especially for the price we paid.”

• Conveniently located.
• Very worn, cheap looking, and old.

“No paper on Sunday morning, just paper M-F. The hotel lounge was stark. It appeared that they gave a new coat of paint to some areas and put up new signage. Other areas needed repair cracked floor tiles covered partially with a rug.”

• I liked having a sitting room as well as a bedroom and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
• The pool was very small.

“I liked this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and modern. I can't figure out what the fuss was about in the other reviews. We liked it very much. We didn't eat there so can't comment on that.”

• Location, friendly and helpful staff, shuttle service.
• Carpet in my room was old, worn and kinda dirty & unreliable internet.

“In general the hotel was reasonable, good staff but the food was average. Generally speaking the hotel was clean, but the carpet in my room was some what dirty, the grounds were nicely kept.”

• It was so nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable.

“The beds were so comfortable. The room was clean.The whole hotel had just a great vibe to it. Staff was friendly. They had Aveda products for shampoo, conditioner, and lotions. The beds were great again. Pool was really warm loved it.”

• Not enough space in hotel room exit staircases were too far from elevators.

“This hotel is beautifully decorated, friendly and knowledgeable employees but the location could be better as well as how the rooms are divided it seems too much as if you are staying in an apt complex just without the kitchen part.”

• Friendly workers, great location very comfortable beds.
• No complimentary breakfast and full size beds rather queen.

“This hotel was very nice. It was great having refrigerator and microwaves in the room. Nice sitting area when we had guest up to the room. The kids could watch TV in one room and I could watch something else in the other room. I was very impressed with this hotel. One of the nicest I have stayed in.”
