• Good location, good prices, friendly, clean.
• We could not stay long enough, we had to go home.

“WOW, this was our first experience and we are very impressed. And we would tell you if something went wrong and etc. Good atmosphere, location and clean. We would recommend this hotel to all our people and most definitely stay here again.”

• Beds were comfortable.
• The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes - each floor was mixed smoking/non.

“If you want to stay in an ashtray, then by all means go here. They are supposed to go totally non smoking in November - but they will have a hard time getting that smell out.”

• Mold in shower.

“We were looking for convenience for an event in the metrodome. It was comfortable-awesome beds. My only concern was the mold in the shower.”

• Clean rooms and convenient location.
• The hallways smelled of smoke.

“We had two rooms and the staff at the hotel was very accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was in a great location for our needs.”

• Clerks very pleasant.
• No captioning on TV for us deaf people.

“It was far above the places we usually stay (Motel 6). But old people watch TV mostly and we could not because we depend on captioning. We asked 3 clerks and they could not get it for us so I guess it isn't there. Every other service was offered on TV though.”

• The hotel was perfect for our vacation.
• If I was to pick one thing it would be the pool hours.

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was large for 5 of us. The pool was great. Could have been open earlier or open later, but that was only because we were trying to pack so much in our vacation. I would stay there again.”

• The hotel was very quiet something that I really need when traveling to a city.
• It was hard to find the parking for the hotel it was not clearly labeled.

“The biggest thing was I could not get connected to their internet and it was not wireless. The internet was not that important for this trip but for future trips It may be a deterrent. My overall rating of this Hotel is above average compared to other places I have been.”

• Continental breakfast was excellent.
• Had to pay for parking.

• It was centrally located.
• The noise level, which can't be helped in Downtown Maples.

• I chose it for the location - don't even remember the star rating - great location.
• I was satisfied - nothing to gripe about.

“The bed was very comfortable and I was happy to see plastic glasses. They were also very generous with toiletries.”

• Friendliness and cleanliness unbelievably fantastic.
• One of the mattresses in our room was completely broke down and had to sleep at the bottom of the bed for any comfort.

“We will definitely come to this motel again but we didnt like that we had to pay for parking but we understood why.”

• The location.
• No restaurant or bar.

“The last time I stayed here they had a restaurant and bar which is now gone. Would have chosen another hotel for this reason, do not like continental breakfasts.”

• I liked the free computer access in the lobby, the delivered star tribune newspaper and delivered breakfast option.
• No Pepsi products were available in the vending machines.

“I was impressed with the hotel. I liked the nice lobby area and appreciated the internet availability for travelers without laptops. The newspaper delivery to the room was nice. The option for breakfast room service was great. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. TV station selection was good. All around nice place to stay at.”

• I think for the price, quality and location to everything this hotel is great.
• Parking you had to pay for, but it was only $12.00.

“I think the hotel is conveniently located to the highway, parking, and downtown Minneapolis. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would stay here again. The rooms are comfortable and nice. The staff is friendly. Parking is nearby. It is $12.00 for a night. Not bad!”

• Excellent location to downtown and extremely clean.
• Limited parking and have to pay to park.

“I was attending a function at the Minneapolis Convention Center and this hotel was a great location and price for my needs. It is only blocks from Nicolette Mall and all the Restaurants and shopping, and it is also in walking distance of the Convention Center.”
