• Breakfast was excellent.
• Exercise equipment did not all work.

“Our stay was comfortable and staff was friendly. We would stay there again when visiting our grandchildren.”

• Friendly staff and clean.
• Room next to elevator not a good thing.

“We enjoyed our stay. It's nice having a continental breakfast so we don't have to fight locals over a sausage biscuit at McDonalds. The room is a good size and relatively quiet, other than being next to the elevator, it felt like we were out in the country. Not that it matters much for most travelers, but if you're stuck in the room on a rainy day or something they have 50 cable channels!”

• We were impressed with the size of the room. The staff was really great.
• There was some mold buildup on the rail in the hot tub in the pool room.

“This hotel was really great for the price we had to pay. Clean, friendly and a nice place to take a family or just yourself.”

• Convenient, clean, adequate for purposes.
• Some equipment in workout room broken, unmentioned.

“Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was not ready when we arrived but they hastened to clean a room for our use. Beds were comfortable and bath was clean. Clock, TV, and hairdryer worked. Free internet was available if needed. A good breakfast of eggs, waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices and coffee was plentiful. Overall, experience was positive.”

• The cleanliness of our room and bed linens.
• All Ice machines were "Out-Of-Order". Extreme guest noise at night.

“Overall, this was one of our most enjoyable hotel stays. Aside from all of the Ice machines being "Out-of-Order" which we found suspect, and the fact that between the hours of 12:30AM and 3:30AM other guests in the hotel, in rooms near us, were loud in voice, and slamming doors continuously, by the time we were fed-up and about to complain to the manager, they quieted. It seems that management could walk the halls once an hour and monitor noise level and not work on complaints alone!”
