• Friendly and helpful staff, fresh cookies in the lobby.
• Could do better on cleaning and bugs.

“My stay was pretty nice and comfortable until I got in the bed and noticed potato chip crumbs. . . I hadn't eaten any chips though. Then a bug fell on the nightstand from the lamp. By this time I was ready to go but it was 4am already when I got back to my room. Other than that, it was quaint and cozy, above what I expected for the star level, it's more of an upgraded Motel 6. I would have returned, but not so sure now.”

• Big clean room, internet access available.
• Did not realize until after booking that the whole hotel is a non-smoking hotel so had to go outside to smoke.

“Very nice looking hotel room. Good value for the price, had a microwave and refrigerator, good air conditioning. Liked it.”

• Towels and linens well used, should be replaced.

• The great breakfast.

“A great place to stay. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was totally comfortable. The room safe was a big plus for us. We would stay there again anytime we are in the area.”

• Easy off road access but with no external noise.
• High room to room and/or floor to floor noise (liveable ).

“Start air conditioner to make rooms more pleasant to move into. Coming off the road into a hot & humid room doesn't start the stay off in a good note.”

• Big bathroom.
• No "suite" at all - plain room, bed, desk, TV.

“I would not stay there again. The name was Country Inn and Suites. There's no suite. It's a room with a bathroom. Long distance doesn't work.”

• No smoking policy-Close to casinos in Biloxi.
• Parking has narrow slots, Bathroom tub was dirty.

• Had meetings at Imperial Palace Resort and hotel is within 10 minutes.
• The pillows on the bed smelled awful. I don't know what it was.

“This hotel is in close proximity to the Imperial Palace and Beau Rivage. If you plan to travel on the weekend and don't want to pay high for a casino room, this is a great option. The hotel is non-smoking (which is a requirement for me) and is right on the highway. I drove to Gulfport within 15 minutes and less than 10 from the casinos.”

• Excellent location, less than one mile from I-10.
• They required a credit card deposit although I told them I would not use the phone in my room. They said they did not have a way to turn it off.

“Better than I expected, the facility is either pretty new or recently renovated. The room was big and nicely decorated including marble counters in the bathroom. They also have complimentary hot breakfast including make your own waffles.”

• Great value for money and has all the facilities you are likely to need.
• My husband commented on a bad odor in the hall.

“Good clean rooms and a wonderful lobby with fire going as it was cold. Great free breakfast.”
