“Hotel room was fine. But we traveled all day and hoped to enjoy our first night of vacation in the pool and hot tub but this didn't happen. Not only was the pool cold but the hot tub was broke and the water was way too cold to go in. Very disappointed.”

“Very nice and clean, liked that they have continental breakfast, did not like not being able to close the drapes, the curtains are sheer and a lot of light comes in which makes it hard to sleep and a feeling of lack of privacy as well.”

“We came down to go to a show at Gillette Stadium. The hotel was convenient to the stadium. The hotel is all you need for simple overnight stays. We would go back. There is target and TGI Fridays right down the road.”

“Well located along I-495, the hotel is staffed by bright, helpful and dedicated staff which becomes obvious as you deal with staff or interact with their daily efforts. Very clean, organized, no clutter, no not working signs. Front desk is efficient and on-the-ball and the breakfast is excellent and enormously satisfying with a dedicated staff that pays attention by the moment to demand and consumption rates. The room was extra clean and unobtrusively there for me without surprises. I did feel smarter after a night's stay.”

“My minimum expectation from any hotel is clean fresh bed linens and bathroom towels with new soap in bathroom. We were not given this when we checked in. Hotel management did not think they had to offer me different room or compensate me in other fashion.”

“The hotel had everything we needed. Pool/hot tub was great and the Breakfast had plenty of choices. I would have used the gym if the equipment was at a professional level.”

“The staff was friendly; the rooms were very clean with great beds and new linens (although the bathroom was a bit dated). Breakfast was above average for a complimentary self-serve option. It included fried eggs (pre-prepared), bacon and sausage. Great coffee. All and all, a good hotel--above average, but not out of the ordinary.”

“This hotel was basically built in an area that is carved out of rock which gave it a wonderful setting. In the fall with the foliage it was amazing coming out of the hotel and looking across the road into a gorgeous valley and hillside of hundreds of different colors. It is conveniently located between Wrentham and Framingham which have great shopping areas. Probably 35 minutes to downtown Boston on a bad traffic day. This hotel was an absolute pleasurable place to stay. Quite rooms, indoor pool, breakfast included. Perhaps the only downside to this hotel was its proximity to restaurants. Or maybe that was just because I am not familiar with the Milford area yet. I must go to Boston twice a year for check ups at mass general hospital.”

“Great location right off of the highway. Continental breakfast was much better than other hotels. Very accommodating when I wanted to change from 2 double beds to king. Very clean rooms, great place for the money spent. Friendly staff.”
