“I had to go to my son's college for orientation and needed to spend the night. I was able to find a very nice hotel within my price range and was very satisfied.”

“We booked this hotel room with hopes of having 2 full size or 2 queen beds. There were not any available - however when I checked in they allowed me to have a king room with a pullout sofa without any additional cost. On the day I was to check out (Sun 5/24) I went back on Priceline to stay another evening and was lucky enough to get this same hotel booked. For this night they found me a room with 2 queen beds - The front desk and cleaning staff could not be any nicer.”

• Very friendly greeting on checking in, well appointed and very clean room.
• The FOX news channel was on in the lobby and when asked by another guest to change the channel they were told it was not possible to do so.

“Very pleasant stay with staff that was friendly and very willing to please. The room was immaculate and very attractive and though near the highway, it was very quiet.”

• Outdoor seating adjacent to pool a nice place to read and relax.
• Lobby configuration is a bit strange.

“We were looking at a college, and my sons were attending a concert nearby. While they were at the concert, I had a perfect evening relaxing by the pool and reading. It was easy and affordable. The room was fine.”

• Big rooms; indoor pool, very clean, nice design, helpful staff.
• Food is bad at the bar and in the restaurant.

“This place was clean and nice that I thought you all should know. Rooms were big, very high ceilings and open classy design. Clean hotel, bar is good, bar food is terrible except quesadillas (which were good), hotel restaurant was terrible (had shrimp and chicken). Stay here if you need to go to western MA. It was cheap.”

• Carpets were dirty and building was not really clean.

“Not what we thought it was. The hotel needed upgrades and many of the carpets were soiled. The location was not very convenient as there was little around.”

• Easy off/on to the highway, close to attractions.
• Did not offer info on area attractions/shopping etc.

“The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. No info in the rooms on TV, services the hotel offered, or any info on area attractions, or shopping, but the people on the desk were very helpful in this area. Will stay at this hotel again if the need arises. Thank you.”

• Convenient off the highway, plenty of parking.
• Staff is all real young, can't follow a thought never mind be helpful.

“The window leaked so there was an overflowing trash barrel in the window catching the water. The pool area is extremely hot and the water is warmer than a bath. The staff can't handle any sort of questions. They double charged for the room and the girl at the desk had to refer me to a manager who has yet to return my calls.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Unfortunately the room was right off a heated pool and that made for the walkway to be very humid, we had to keep AC on constantly.

• Convenient location, easy to find.
• Star rating was not accurate, quality.

“There were lots of young teen/young adult groups. Teens hanging out/sitting in the hallway. Doors kept slamming every few minutes at 1 in the morning. Had to call the front desk to complain. Not the place to go if you are looking for a romantic atmosphere or quiet place. It seemed very college dorm and cheap for the star rating.”

“Front desk was all busyness - not too friendly -Hotel itself was great, would stay here again - rooms were well kept. Location was great, found a real nice sports bar just around the corner.”

• Great location.
• The doors to the rooms were shabby, bad paint job, handles and locks in poor shape.

“Nice location, nice lobby, front desk clerks were not that friendly. Our room was on the 5th floor, I thought the room was okay, on a scale of 1-10 a 7. I was very happy with the complimentary coffee in the morning in the restaurant. I would stay at the hotel again.”

• Fitness gym and pool very good.
• Bathroom smells mildew and urine.

“Hotel is fairly good. Fitness facility and pool are excellent. Food is adequate and fairly priced. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs to be cleaned with bleach once in a while. It smelled for mildew and urine.”

• I like the location as well as the hotel staff.
• They could keep the pool warmer it was cold and for an indoor pool I would like it warmer.

“Over all I think this hotel. I like the location as well as the hotel staff is nice and try to get what ever you need. I would keep the pool warmer it is probably nice in the summer but to clod in the winter.”
