• Inexpensive.
• Entrance is really inconvenient.

“This property has a single entrance with zero close by parking. Since it was pouring rain (thanks to Hurricane Hanna) I got completely soaked. Parking surrounds the building, and there are emergency exits from the inside of the building, but you must enter through the front only. This is a good 1/4 of a mile from where I had to park.”

• The evening front desk person was very helpful and the pool which took a lot of work to get into it since no one know when it would be open.
• Front desk AM guy, very scary, and the maid service very bad.

• Courtyard Marriott was outstanding.
• Nothing.

• Very comfortable beds and kid hockey team friendly for family.
• I wish the pool was bigger and maybe a hot tub.

“This is a convenient hotel close to the new England sports center that is very family oriented and good with the hockey teams.”

• 24 hr front desk; spacious lobby & dining area.
• Hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed.

“Spacious hotel with easy access from 495. Large, tasteful rooms; pool and exercise facilities and plenty of parking. Buffet breakfast available in the morning, and room service available in the evening.”

• Beds & bedding was excellent.
• Restaurant in hotel may close before 10pm.

“Hotel definitely was better than I expected for a 2 1/2 star hotel. I travel 100+ nts per year this place was upscale modern & clean. Very nice.”

• Nice and clean.
• We came back from our event and the bar was closed.

“We went back to our room with some friends and the security had to come even though we are 50+ years old and we were just talking. Bar was closed.”

• Location, right off the highway.
• The coffee machine was broken.

“Perfect location if you are planning to go to the Wrentham outlet. Right off the highway, quiet, huge room (two queen beds), free business centre with printers, friendly staff. There are no restaurants near by, but there are quite a few choices about 10 min drive away. Good for sub-Boston area stay.”

• The place was attractive, the room was clean and neat and the bathroom was immaculate, which is what I look for first.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was in a perfect location and met all of our needs for our overnight. We were there for only a short time; I wish we could have used the amenities that it offered. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I hope to stay there again in the future.”

• Pleasant staff at check in time. Comfortable beds, centrally located.
• The hallways did not have any air condition.

“The hotel stay was pleasant. The restaurant/bar very convenient. The room nicely decorated with comfortable bed, clean bathroom (need more health & beauty items). The only thing that wasn't pleasant was that there wasn't any air condition in hallways. It was quite muggy! The room nicely air conditioned.”

• Convenience! This place has it all.
• Thin walls.

“I couldn't believe it when I walked in. The property (on the inside) was beautiful. Even with a huge hockey crowd staying at the property I felt very comfortable. The only downer was that my neighbor's had their TV on until the early morning hours which may it difficult for me to fall asleep. The TV had to have been on the opposite side of the wall where my headboard was. Who designed that? Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this property.”

• Friendly atmosphere and very nice rooms.
• Dirty dishes left in hallways outside rooms all day.

“Hotel was recently renovated-so everything was new. Rooms were extremely nice (felt & looked very upscale.) Staff was pleasant and friendly. (And kid friendly.) Enjoyed the pool and fitness room. Overall, if hotel is kept looking and working as it is now, I would recommend it to others.”

• Clean bath shower curtain was a pleasure 5 pillow on bed which was also very comfortable. Great clock on night stand. Wireless internet.

• Common area was too open and loud, no side entrances.

“Hotel was conveniently located. The rooms were very clean, attractive and comfortable. The common front desk area was a little loud. It is an open floor plan with TV area, lounge, and cafe. The rooms were very quiet.”

• I went to this hotel before it was sold. It is the biggest turn around I've ever seen. Great place to stay.
• The restaurant was too high class for a family. My 3 kids ordered hamburgers at $8 each. They didn't taste right to the kids so they didn't eat them.

• Staff was very nice and work well under pressure.
• Construction everywhere.

“JACK HAMMER 7:00AM, Fumes, entrances and exits in parking lot were being paved at the same time, wires hanging everywhere, machines ran all day. No road signs or directions around construction with in the building. We had rented the all the banquet halls for a bead show that customers couldn't find, with machines running all day construction workers trying to install new electric and sprinkler systems above our display tables water leaking from ceiling in two of the halls. Rugs in hallways were just being laid. The room itself was finished but the smell of chemicals and paint and noise could not be escaped. It will be a beautiful hotel someday just not the four days I spent there. Wouldn't comp our stay or any of the charges for the banquet halls....”
