• Very clean and the staff went over and above all expectations to make me feel comfortable.

• All visible staff was excellent.
• We used 2 glasses one evening and the next day the maid decided to rewash by hand and put with wrapped ones. I called the manager and reported it.

“Except for the glass situation which is a very big issue for us the hotel was excellent. As I mentioned the staff could not have been friendlier. The cleanliness of the lobby and so forth was very good. When I spoke to Mary Simone-General Manager-she assured me that this was not their procedure and that she would take care of it asap.”

• Room was very clean and comfy.
• Hotel locks doors after midnight but no smoking in rooms so have to go out and got locked out. Staff did not let us in.

“It was very clean and room was nice. The pool was nice but did not have a chance to use it.”

• Inexpensive.
• Entrance is really inconvenient.

“This property has a single entrance with zero close by parking. Since it was pouring rain (thanks to Hurricane Hanna) I got completely soaked. Parking surrounds the building, and there are emergency exits from the inside of the building, but you must enter through the front only. This is a good 1/4 of a mile from where I had to park.”

• The evening front desk person was very helpful and the pool which took a lot of work to get into it since no one know when it would be open.
• Front desk AM guy, very scary, and the maid service very bad.

• Very comfortable beds and kid hockey team friendly for family.
• I wish the pool was bigger and maybe a hot tub.

“This is a convenient hotel close to the new England sports center that is very family oriented and good with the hockey teams.”

• 24 hr front desk; spacious lobby & dining area.
• Hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed.

“Spacious hotel with easy access from 495. Large, tasteful rooms; pool and exercise facilities and plenty of parking. Buffet breakfast available in the morning, and room service available in the evening.”

• Restaurant in hotel may close before 10pm.

• We came back from our event and the bar was closed.

“We went back to our room with some friends and the security had to come even though we are 50+ years old and we were just talking. Bar was closed.”

• Location, right off the highway.
• The coffee machine was broken.

“Perfect location if you are planning to go to the Wrentham outlet. Right off the highway, quiet, huge room (two queen beds), free business centre with printers, friendly staff. There are no restaurants near by, but there are quite a few choices about 10 min drive away. Good for sub-Boston area stay.”

• The place was attractive, the room was clean and neat and the bathroom was immaculate, which is what I look for first.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was in a perfect location and met all of our needs for our overnight. We were there for only a short time; I wish we could have used the amenities that it offered. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I hope to stay there again in the future.”
