“I've stayed here twice, decent price and location and the breakfast is good if you can get down there when they open it... however, expect a long wait from 7am - 9am!”

“Room was a good size and was equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, chair with ottoman and a spacious desk/chair. Staff was efficient and friendly; continental breakfast was good.”

“The hotel was ok (not great). Great location to Hanscom AFB which we were visiting. We were supposed to get a queen bed, but instead got two doubles. They had no rooms left with queen beds. Overall, ok and we'll probably stay there again if we visit.”

“It was clean and well located. The frig coil was wearing out which made it hum. The key cards worked poorly and staff had to reissue 3 times before the cards would work. No staff would walk the 20 yards to check the door, help open in even though I risked being late due to the lock out.”

“Outstanding service, room, and quality. The housekeepers could use some manners and learn about the knock and wait procedure not knock while entering. Overall highly recommend was a great place to stay.”

“Nice location and would be a decent hotel but the staff was not familiar with ADA laws related to service animals. They wanted to charge additional fees, move us to pet area, area, etc. The rooms were musty smelling, after a bottle of freshener they were tolerable. Breakfast was ok as long as you were there early as there was not enough food for expected guests.”

“Friendly, efficient service; convenient location; clean, comfortable, but _small_ rooms. Laptop users will find a dearth of outlets; the only one in my room was _under_ the desk, which would be a problem if you have a bad back. Continental breakfast was edible, but mediocre.”

“This hotel is okay-if you can tolerate surly staff that doesn¿t want to make up your room. I asked them to clean my room after a week, and they simply didn't. The next day I insisted they make up the room and they half made it up-plus they got upset that I asked them to do so after one pm. The way I see it is that I had asked them to clean it the day before and they did not! Oh one more thing-there was no hot water! Have you ever tried to take a shower in lukewarm water that abruptly turns freezing? One star is actually one too many for this place!”

“The hotel is located in a mostly residential, there are some services nearby. The hotel is older, with outside entrances to the rooms. The rooms have been remodeled in the past year and the king rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, and high speed internet. The hotel has an outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is included with the room. Waffles, bagels, cereal, juice is some of the offerings at breakfast.”

“I was very unimpressed with the room I was given this time. In the past month, at this same hotel, on 2 other separate occasions, I got a room with a microwave & refrigerator. This time these were not present in the room. Also, 3 of the light fixtures were damaged & the smoke detector had been removed leaving just the exposed wires where it had been. One of the lights had a short circuit that kept flickering periodically throughout the night even when the wall switch was "off". I had to get up in the middle of the night and switch the light switch on the lamp itself off to get it to stop. I did report this to the front desk upon check out. If I was staying longer than one night I would definitely have asked for another room. ”

“It was obvious why this was the only hotel available during peak fall foliage season. Although clean, I felt unsafe and unhappy with my hotel selection. I was met by the front desk staff who was dealing with another customer with a problem and claiming no manager was on duty, and then assigned a room that was already occupied - both leaving me with a very negative first impression. As a female business traveler, if I was traveling alone I would have relocated.”

“This Hotel was overall fine. Price was good. Free internet was nice feature. Would have been fine for myself traveling alone, but wanted nicer accommodations with daughter with me. I got what I paid for.”
