• The price I was able to get the room for
  cleanliness of the Facilities.
• Check in time was quite late for my needs. 3 PM, was tough.

• The staff was helpful and friendly.
• Even though the hotel was non-smoking, I could still smell smoke from someone in the hallway.

“The hotel was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathtub was a little dirty, for what I like. I had to give my 1.5
Euro a bath and would have preferred not to in that tub. Other than that, the room was clean.”

• The hotel was very easy to find and plenty of restaurants in the area.
• Hotel restaurant was extremely expensive.

“We had a youth soccer tournament in Lancaster MA. This hotel was very close to the complex. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite and professional. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Will definitely use this hotel again in the near future as there are other tournaments in the area.”

• Junior suite had excellent space, very clean, nice soaps.
• Pool was much too hot.

“The junior suite is perfect for a family of four that needs extra space. The front desk is wonderful (we needed directions to stores and a laundymat). The hallways look new, the room was clean and comfortable, the gardens well kept. As someone else noted, BJ's next store has great gas prices if you are a member. We will pass through this area again next year and will definitely stay again.”

• Not possible.
• Trying to strong arm us into a double room, had to wait 1.5 hours to get a room, bad experience for a Starwood Property, bitchy woman at check in.

“After waiting one hour to check in, was told there were only double bed rooms left. To make a long story short, I watched several people check in getting king beds. Way too un-friendly/un-helpful staff. Would never go there again. Very poor service for a Starwood Property.”

• Staff professional but not friendly.

“Hotel was clean, room was very nice, comfortable beds and spotless bathroom. Staff was accommodating but I wouldn't go as far as to say they were friendly. Hotel also in location where restaurants were easily accessible and a BJ's member club was right there was cheaper gas!”

• Very comfortable bedding, clean rooms, great amenities.
• Nothing bad to note.

“I was very pleased with my experience. Having stayed at the Best Western the night before which was a horrible experience, the Four Points was great. We actually decided to extend our stay because of the comfortable.”

• Very friendly people, took my request for double bed seriously.
• All rooms are non-smoking.

“Very pleasant front desk, and they took my request for a double bedded room seriously. The room was very clean with a great shower and ample cable TV channels. I liked the view of the Fitchburg Airport as well! Only negative was they do not offer smoking rooms, all rooms are non-smoking.”

• The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the right size. The staff was accommodating and friendly.
• It was more than I wanted to pay!

“The hotel was beautiful. The lobby was inviting and elegant. The dining room was spacious and served excellent food. The rooms were just the right size, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was inviting, accommodating and respectful. It was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had!”

• Staff was very accommodating.
• The pool was not functional when we were there. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

“Primary reason to stay at this hotel was for the pool. The pool was closed when we got there and was opening the day after we left. I never would have chosen this hotel if I knew it did not have a pool available. Other wise everything else was nice. (Beds were too soft).”
