“Employees acted like it was a chore to even get us towels when we came to desk and they only had to reach over for them! Offered smoking rooms but haven't kept them up at all Ive been in homes where owners smoked for 30 years and it didn't wreak of stale smoke as bad need ventilation desperately!”

• Not at all pleased with this hotel.
• Staff was very rude and curt and not willing to help.

“Staff was rude and very unwilling to help, and most could not even speak English at front desk and didn't even know what I was asking for when I asked for an extra blanket. The entire hotel smelled of smoke. The carpet in the room left bottom of socks and feet black after just a few steps.”

• The wait staff seemed pleasant enough but the is only so much they can do to help.
• When checking in I made sure it was a non smoking double room. I was told that I had to pay extras which shocked me. I was just disappointed.

“The room besides being 100*inside appeared dirty, punda garbage in trashcan by desk not to mention the mattress pad cover made of plastic that remained so loose that is was forming horrible lumps in the bed. I was always asking for more towels which really felt like I was putting her out.”

• Room was fairly spacious.
• Check-in took awhile.

“The room was a decent size and fairly clean, although the bathtub could have been a little cleaner. The night auditor ended up having to check us in and it took awhile, because the gentleman running the front desk had accidentally put someone in the room assigned to us before he left, so we gave some poor woman a scare. We ended up staying in the room that was originally assigned to her in their system. Breakfast was typical (muffins, mini donuts, cereal, waffles, etc.), but they were out of orange juice when we got there. Alright for the price, although I've stayed in nicer hotels for less in larger cities.”

• Clean.
• Not in the best part of town, free breakfast was very average, heated pool was cold.

“It was a very average hotel. Free breakfast was very limited. Good hi-way access. It was clean and had great parking. "Heated" pool was cold.”

• Location.
• Extra charge for two double beds! Extra charge for 2 queen beds!

“Got charged extra because I wanted a room with two beds. At any hotel it is not considered an upgrade to go from two double beds from a king bed. This hotel used any means they could to get extra charges applied.”

• The bed was large.
• It reeked of smoke. Personnel were rude and not helpful.

“I would not stay at this hotel again. The front desk personal was rude. The fire alarms went off at 5:00 am and the hotel personnel didn't think it should have been a bother to us. The Non-smoking room smelled of smoke the hallway even worse.”

• Comfy bed.
• There was some minor maintenance. They did not take care of.

“Nice hotel for the price we got. There were a few minor maintenance problems they did not take care of in the bathroom and a chunk missing out of the top of the comforter. The easy chair had seen better days and was not particularly comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a small fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom door was so close to the toilet, it was difficult to close the door when standing in the bathroom. Overall, though, I felt the room was worth the price we paid.”

• Bathroom was clean.
• Linens and carpet looked very dingy.

“The outside of the building, as well as the pool and workout room were well kept. The rooms however, were slightly dirty and needed to be updated.”

• Elevator was a bit small when using a dumb waiter.

• Very nice breakfast.
• The pool area was too cold (water and air temperature).

“Very nice and clean. Great breakfast but the bedrooms are small. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool area was so cold and they could not adjust it. The work out area was okay- the treadmill worked well but the other equipment did not.”

• Clean friendly staff nice bed nice bath room.
• No airport shuttle.

“I have to give this place a D - only because have NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE! Isn't that the whole POINT of an airport hotel? I asked my companions about this and they agreed: if you are listed as a major brand (like Ramada) AIRPORT HOTEL and you do NOT have a shuttle service to the airport, its false.”

• The staff was wonderful! Room was comfortable.
• Lack of ventilation for the smoking rooms. I was not the only customer that was disappointed with this. There should be open able windows or ventilator.

“We will definitely return, but the smoking rooms really need open able rooms windows and/or a ventilator. The staff from front desk clerks to housekeeping was wonderful!”
