• Convenient location, clean.
• Check out 11am too early, bathroom did not smell fresh/smelled moldy.

“Overall we had a nice visit. We did have a do not disturb sign on the door and one of the maintenance men knocked on the door to fix something that was cosmetic, that was a bit annoying since it wasn't an emergency.”

• Staff was excellent.
• Shower was weak and tub did not drain.

“This hotel was well located and reasonably priced. The room was small and poorly lit and the tub didn't drain. The coffee was good and the front desk staff was wonderful.”

• Location was convenient for access to Princeton, NJ.
• Could have been a little cleaner.

“The location along the busy US highway 1 is convenient for access into Princeton and the price I got for the room was quite competitive. At that price I would recommend it to the business traveler. The breakfast buffet was simple but more than adequate for my needs. Parking lot was well lighted. The rooms were not as clean as I would like.”

• Like free food in the morning!
• No working vending machines. Exercise room was not working, and too far from were I need to be!

“Hotel need to fix what broken! needs to reduce carpets they were stained! If kids visit make more things available to kids to do there! Or help more on making kids feel more at home!”

• It was close to where I needed to go.
• Water pressure in shower was poor when you turned on the hot water is when you lost pressure.

• Convenient, clean, good value for price, helpful staff familiar with Princeton and traffic patterns, sign in front easy to see.
• Outside steps to second floor need repair.

“I was glad it was easy to find since we are unfamiliar with the area. The landscaping and well maintained entry and parking lot gave a good first impression. Staff was friendly and helpful in helping us find our way to and from Princeton and stores in the area. Room and bath were large and clean very good value, and it was what we would expect from a Best Western. I would recommend it to anyone.”

• The room was clean; it had a fridge and microwave.
• Public areas were not very clean.

“For a quick stay en route to a business meeting, the place was fine. It had nice in-room services (microwave, fridge, coffee maker).”

• Near Princeton.
• Stinks, low-class.

“The fire alarm battery was low so the thing goes off at 2 in the morning. I call them to take care of it. They tell me to take the thing apart and they'll come fix it. They never did.”
